Thats not how we do things here at City Dental Centers.
Throughout years of practice, our founder realized that the best dental care is only available to those living in the most expensive neighborhoods. And as for the other neighborhoods, there were a lot of offices providing service that was not the best, to say the least. In these areas, people and patients were treated like numbers. These Dental offices or clinics operate like factories with no personal care. So we decided to give our neighborhoods what they deserved: the best of both worlds.
Dr. Sam started his practice in our first center in Pico Rivera, CA. The vision began in that office. The Vision was to create neighborhood dental centers where every patient will be treated like family with the most caring, gentle approach; to treat our patients with the kind of service you would get at a boutique private dental office in the best of neighborhoods, but not with those fees. City Dental Centers will do everything in their power to have the most affordable prices.
Dr. Sam believes there is no reason why families in all neighborhoods should not have the best, most modern, and the highest quality care available to them like the affluent families have in their neighborhoods. Furthermore, we have the skills and tools to make dental services affordable. In most cases even more affordable than the big factory-like clinics. Thats what were here to solve and thats why we do what we do.

This Dental office is horrible! I went to this orthodontist because they're price's were reasonable but I regret my decision everyday. I paid in full cash from the beginning so I couldn't just go somewhere else even after expressing my issues with treatment to the office "manager". They are so unorganized and unprofessional. I had very minor spacing issues that should of took less then a year to fix as I've previously had braces. They completely shifted my teeth away from the original bite and I still have spacing issues over a year later. It was so bad that I got out of my contract and I'm getting Invisalign to fix what they messed up. The best part was the day they made my appointment to get my braces off my retainers weren't there. No one gave me an explanation to why my retainers weren't ordered or when they'll be available to be picked up. Do yourself a favor and go to a different orthodontist that respects your time, money and actually can fix your smile.

These people just want money out of you. They charge you with everything, like an example a piece paper with xrays for $125. This place needs to be shut down. They make false claims about your teeth. DONT GO TO THIS DENTIST IM BEGGING YOU FROM THE BOTTOM MY HEART OR YOU WILL BE 100% SCAMMED.

Worst dentist and an associate named Dental Debbie the office manager that thinks she knows more about dentistry than Dr Mike (who ruined all my Implants and made em' loose )now I've seen a specialist that said "THERE'S BEEN TO MANY COOKS IN THE KITCHEN" and a unfit and less than standard of any work that he's seen I was told!! They all NEED TO GO BACK TO DENTAL SCHOOL......if your a customer you better think again because I've talked to other patients in the year that I have been attending there and they have less regard than myself also i made a complaint to the BBB and the DDS THIS is also a workers comp case and they definitely ripped off the insurance company ,and to do to shoddy work they do and say they can't do any better and turn it in to the work comp insurance !!!!

City Dental Centers has the best staff. When you walk into the facility you are treated like family, the facility is clean and the staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs and expectations. I had a recent procedure completed by Dr. Jeff and he was very professional and friendly. He walked me through the whole process and made sure above all that I was confortable. Although I am not usually excited to go visit the dentist, I look forward to continuing my treatments with Dr. Jeff and his team. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a professional and friendly dentist.

I didn't have a great experience with this office at all. Went in for a visit and was told I had two root canals on the right side and they were side by side. I had two choices get them removed or root canal and pay for crowns. I just couldn't afford the out of pocket fees, so I went to the San Manuel clinic because I am able to get many services for free or discounted. I was told I had a broken filing and cavity formed underneath NOT 2 ROOT CANALS. They liked to charge medical for services. They are not to be trusted. Please get second opinions. So I then give them another chance because I needed a wisdom pulled. They set me up for the wisdom to be pulled so I thought and when I get there again they are trying to do root canal Smh. I got up and walked out. Avoid this place if you can because it's unknown if they are doing work you actually need.

Very good dentist for everyone my son was traumatized by kidz dental club and this dentist gave him a pleasant experience my daughter got a lot of wirk done didnt cry once love this dentist Dr.Jeff and Mr. Felix work miracles i highly recommend this office.

if u love ur children or self don't go here. I recently switched dentists and the new dentist found cavities that this dentist covered and didn't fix . now my kids need root canals cause for years this dentist said they were fine and had no cavities when in fact they did. bad bad bad

Look no further for quality dental experience! My experience at City Dental has been positive. In every visit I am made to feel welcomed with genuine care. I've received quality care and questions I might have are answered. Dr. Michael and his staff are absolutely wonderful and best professionals I have used. Not only is Dr. Michael a magnificent technician, he's very knowledgeable of the medical side of dentistry. I highly recommend! That's correct I apologize for the 1 star boo-boo.
