City Dental Centers has hand-picked the most caring and professional Dentists and Staff to provide the Dental Care our neighborhoods deserve. Why should only the richest neighborhoods have access to caring and high-quality service while patients in other neighborhoods are treated like cattle at the dental offices near them? Thats not how we do things here at City Dental Centers.
Throughout years of practice, our founder realized that the best dental care is only available to those living in the most expensive neighborhoods. And as for the other neighborhoods, there were a lot of offices providing service that was not the best, to say the least. In these areas, people and patients were treated like numbers. These Dental offices or clinics operate like factories with no personal care. So we decided to give our neighborhoods what they deserved: the best of both worlds.
Dr. Sam started his practice in our first center in Pico Rivera, CA. The vision began in that office. The Vision was to create neighborhood dental centers where every patient will be treated like family with the most caring, gentle approach; to treat our patients with the kind of service you would get at a boutique private dental office in the best of neighborhoods, but not with those fees. City Dental Centers will do everything in their power to have the most affordable prices.
Dr. Sam believes there is no reason why families in all neighborhoods should not have the best, most modern, and the highest quality care available to them like the affluent families have in their neighborhoods. Furthermore, we have the skills and tools to make dental services affordable. In most cases even more affordable than the big factory-like clinics. Thats what were here to solve and thats why we do what we do.

First time meeting with Dr. Sam and his staff was a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gloria assisted me by taking the time and patience to do my x-rays and cleaning. Thank you for caring and keeping my smile healthy.

I Paid over $5,600 for dental work a little over 3 years ago and the brigde i had done here chipped and it hurts when air gets in there even when I drink liquids also when eating. I went last week to the office to let them know and they want me to pay again to have the whole process done. it's not fair.can you work with me to have this issue resolved.? Before I seek professional help

First time I went here, I waited 3 hours to see Dr. Sam as he was running late from another office. I am glad I waited and didn't leave. It was a one time thing because my following three visits he hasn't been more than 15mins behind. He has such a great personality and makes you feel comfortable because trust I hate going to the Dentist. Now Gloria, she was and amazing Assistant. Friendly and charismatic personality. She helped took care of my tooth and you can tell she knows what she is doing. I hope Gloria stays in the Pico Rivera Office as she is a great asset to that location. Shout out to Amber in the front desk too, takes the time to remember her patients names and faces WONDERFUL TEAM

Fake 5 Star Reviews. They offer free teeth whitening for a 5 Star Review. Dirty office, terrible customer service, Dr Sam is always late or doesn't show up. Very low dental care quality. I had to go to another dentist to have my work redone. I don't recommend taking a risk by going here. Publicizing private client records and details is illegal Dr. Sam.

Horrible place to get work done and Veronica even worse rude thinks she owns the place and turned my wife away with an infection of rootcanel THEY did said they didnt have anything available for a week I would not recommend u take anyone there!!!!

Do NOT go to this dental center! It's horrible. They did a filling but also sealed 2 of my teeth together which obviously isn't a good thing. My teeth feel nasty and rough because they did not polish them correctly. I kept telling them my teeth didn't feel right and they got annoyed with me and said they are fine. After they drilled my teeth I noticed a dried crust around the instrument which means it was not cleaned properly prior to use inside my mouth! While I was there I over heard them telling a little girl that they were going to tie her down if she didn't stop moving. The whole office is very dirty. Don't make the same mistake I made trying to save money and going with them. I regret it now and I'm scared I'm going to get an infection in my mouth from their unsanitary instruments.

The most incompetent front office I've ever seen. If you call you can't understand a word she says until she says "can I help you". The other office worker doesn't know which prescription form to fill out for a controlled drug. I had to make a total of four trips to the drugstore to get filled out. The dentist assistant puts my cap on and says your good without testing my bite. I said no it's not right. Had to grind my tooth a few times to get it right. There's no way I would recommend this location. City Dental of Pico Rivera.

I normally hate dentists. I'm a big crybaby when it comes to shots and drills. While here, I was cared for and made to feel so comfortable during my procedure and they were very gentle. Would recommend to anyone who does not like to see a dentist.
