I just want to say how amazing the staff is at Upland Dental. I've been a patient for over 5 years. I know caring for patients is always important at Upland Dental. The staff has shown even more hospitality, attentiveness and care to patients. Especially with the wait time upon arrival. For instance I was suppose to wait two weeks for my crown but they got it a week early and were able to schedule me in sooner to get it put on. I want to thank Linda for breaking down the financial part with detail and making it convenient to get the work I needed done.

As usual the staff is very friendly and always helpful. The dentist are gentle and caring! My kids love the dentist and the staff! We will always recommend coming here!

I had a loose crown and hadn't seen my dentist since before COVID, and my former dentists staff kept dropping the ball, so on a recommendation of one of my employees, I gave this group my attention. The next day I had an appointment, got my teeth cleaned and my crown on the road to recovery. This is the most attentive staff you could ask for. I have found a new dentist.

I'm not satisfied with their planning. which there understanding of what's being asked of them needs improvement. I said I was here for my kids not me I don't want to spend any out-of-pocket. They pulled 90% of my teeth without giving me an estimate on what permanent partials or implants were going to cost me. the partials plates they charge me for didn't fit. they made partials then proceeded to remove teeth so I had to pay for another partial to be made. if you want above my plans coverage so I had to pay out of pocket. they never told me what permanent implants would cost which are beyond my means. so I sit here not being able to Chew my food I haven't been able to enjoy a meal in over a year. and they have the audacity to ask me when I'm coming in next. thank you upland dental

The staff at the office are absolutely amazing. The comfort and ease of the experience is still in my mind. I have never been to a dentist and enjoyed the experience. This experience was awesome. I thank everyone all the staff . The dentist is fantastic and trustworthy. I am lucky I came across this dentist. This is my new dentist and I will never go anywhere else. That's how extremely wonderful my experience with City Dental Care. FYI it is very difficult for me to enjoy any doctor situation, but this one was perfect.

Waited an hour after my appointment time to be called back, waited another hour before the dentist came to check my teeth, waited another hour after to actually get my cleaning done. 3 hours of my time I will never get back. Why have a scheduled appointment time if you still have to wait 3 hours until the entire process is done. Horrible!!!!
