Among City Creek Dentals core values is a commitment to excellent care and continuing education. New products and innovative techniques emerge every day in this business, and Dr. Winegar wants you to enjoy the very best. Since earning his DDS from Virginia Commonwealth University, he has participated in more than 700 hours of continuing education courses including finishing the continuum at the prestigious Spear institute in Scottsdale and the Preceptorship in Implantology at USTA. All with the goal of ensuring his patients are treated with the latest, most efficient techniques and technologies available in dentistry today.
A Salt Lake City, Utah native, Dr. Winegar completed his undergraduate work at the University of Utah, graduating in Medical Biology. He is a member of Sigma Chi fraternity and prior to attending dental school, lived in Africa for two years doing humanitarian work for his church.
Dr. Winegar enjoys spending time with family, including wife Kristin and their son Jack. He is an avid college football fan and also loves tennis, cycling, waterskiing, and other outdoor sports. He is also an Instrument Rated Pilot as well as a glider Pilot.
Connie has more than three decades of experience as a dental assistant. A native of Robinson, Texas, shes spent most of her career in Templeincluding 21 years making people smile at the office of periodontist David Mikulencak. Connie is the proud mother of two, Courtney (22) and Cameron (20). She and her husband Rick enjoy riding recumbent bikes and camping.
Kim was born and raised in Temple, Texas and loves the challenge of offering the very best dentistry to patients. I enjoy the new technology and learning new ways, she says, and Dr. Winegar is up on the very latest techniques. Kim and her husband Mike stay busy with two sons, Mason (18) and Marshall (14). They are bigtime Texas A&M fans and love high school football. Kim also loves shopping and going to the beach.
'Even though a root canal is not fun. I had no pain and Dr. Winegar did a great job. I saw the x-ray of his work and I told him it looked like 'a piece of art'. Wonderful staff members who are friendly and caring.'
'I had a question regarding a bill I received for my 5 year old son 's first visit. I spoke with Kristin who was exceptionally polite and assisted with the details. I give these people a 100 out of 10. Had a tooth extraction today. I remember getting there, talking to the Dr. I woke up at home. Absolutely the only way to have dental work done. I was a nervous wreck when I got there. My hat is off to this dental clinic. Thank you There so friendly, it's unbelievable. I'll be back again.

Dr Keller gave me back my smile today with a dental bonding procedure. I have had a gap between my top front teeth all of my life. I've tried braces, a frenulectomy, and Invisalign. As soon as I take out the retainer the gap is back. Today the gap is hone!! Thank you Dr. Keller and Connie fir giving me back my true smile!!!

Well, I had to get my severely broken wisdom teeth removed, as well as another...5 in total. The staff was very friendly, every one of them that I met. Dr. Keller was awesome, never once felt judged once as she did the extractions and my exam. Now i sit, hungry...tired...sore.....holes in my mouth...but that is expected. My fear disappeared by the way they treated me.

Just a place to take your money. Wanted almost 750$ to pull 1 tooth after charging me 108$ for X-ray and a bill summary. Then offered me a plan of over 6000$ to replace 1 tooth. Wouldn't even offer me pain medicine for the infected tooth because I chose to get it pulled somewhere else. Would not recommend this overpriced clinic to anyone

I have gone to City Creek Dental for years and have always received the best treatment attention to detail. I get my regular cleanings done and have had a crown and fillings done and it's always excellent care!

My experience was excellent. I would recommend this dental office to all my friends. The front desk was very friendly and professional. I been here twice once for a cleaning . Excellent job the hygienist was gentle and my teeth felt great. Second time I went for a crown and let me tell you. I never felt the shot. The Doctor was amazing and she took her time. I never felt rushed at this office. And the crown was a perfect fit , the FIRST time. The Dental Assistant and the Doctor did a phenomenal job.

I used to dread going to the dentist, but I can honestly say the doctors and staff at City Creek Dental in Temple totally change my mind about dental visits. I have been a very happy patient of City Creek Dental since they opened. The staff is very patient and they always take the time needed with each individual patient. I highly recommend City Creek Dental.

I am very happy with City Creek Dental. I went in for an emergency appointment with a really bad tooth ache. Dr.Keller was amazing at explaining everything to me every step of the way. I experienced the same treatment when I went back to have the tooth pulled. Everyone I dealt with did great. Starting with Christina at the front desk all the way to Dr.Keller. I highly recommend Dr.Keller and City Creek.

I came in for an emergency because a tooth broke. Dr. Keller was fantastic! She used the laughing gas and I didn't even feel the shots, which is great because I am actually terrified of going to the dentist, partly because of those awful shots. In one day I got my tooth filled out, with no pain, an amazing thing, a crown in the same day! Best experience at the dentist ever! Thank you Connie, Kristina, and Dr. Keller!
