We are an established family and cosmetic dental practice. Citrus Valley is a private practice, that has been serving Mesa, AZ and the surrounding East Valley for over forty years. Dr. Jason Dulgarian is a native of Southern California. He graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He then completed his dental school education from the University of Oklahoma.
Dr. Dulgarian has been married for over 10 years and now has 5 beautiful children, 2 of which are twins! He loves to read mystery and suspense novels, favors basketball but loves all sports and enjoys the outdoors.
Dr. Dulgarian joined our practice in August 2013 as an associate. A short time later he purchased Citrus Valley and became the sole owner dentist. He loves dentistry and is a great addition to our legacy of quality, gentle dentistry here at Citrus Valley.
Mandy is a native of Phoenix and she has been dental hygienist since 2017. Her favorite part of her job is teaching her patients about their oral health. In her free time she can be found spending time with her husband and 2 young sons, reading, baking or traveling.
Ruby is our dental assistant and has been working in dentistry since 2009. She really enjoys getting to know her patients and strives to make them comfortable and at ease. In her free time, she enjoys photography, running, and being outdoors.
Ruby is our dental assistant and has been working in dentistry since 2009. Missy is our office manager and is an Arizona native with over 10 years of experience in the dental field. When shes not working or chasing her toddler around, youll find her reading or spending time with friends and family.

I'm so impressed with this office and Dr. Dulgarian! I needed to see someone right away and they got me in the day I called, even though I was new. The office staff was so nice and very knowledgeable. Dr Dulgarian was awesome! He gave me all my options and his recommendation, with no sales pressure at all!

Best Dental work I've ever had - and believe me I've had a lot of dental work! Professional about everything - Dr Jason Dulgarian DDS is GREAT - SUPERIOR IN EVERY ASPECT. The rest of the Staff is amazing also - Janessa is wonderful to work with!!!! Their concern is doing what is BEST for patients!! Recommendation: Out of 5 STARS - SHOULD BE 10 STARS!!!!!

The lady in the front office is exceptional. She deserves a raise. I should not have gone into their office because I knew what was going to happen and the only thing I really have to say is that the dentist told me he does not like to prescribe pain medicine. He suggested 800 mg of ibuprofen after several days of intense pain taking ibuprofen and Tylenol. I was there for a cracked tooth that needed to be removed. They sent me someplace else and it didn't get done. Mostly my fault. The specialist you sent me to was not ready to see me and wanted me to wait. So here I am in Costa Rica and a young girl had the tooth out in about 3 minutes with absolutely no pain. What happened to the dentist industry

Everybody's very polite warming I'm the type of guy that will grade somebody would say a 10 but I don't they don't exist to who I'm speaking with and doing business with there's always something to improve on so all of us don't always reach that top of Mountain sort of speak the visit was unbelievable I loved it continue your hard work and I'm glad to be a patient of yours thank you

Went to this dental office as a new patient and fell in love with it! Dr. Dulgarian was fantastic and I absolutely loved the hygienist, Lindsey. I will see no one else! Highly recommend.

What an improvement!! This office was so outdated and constantly had staff turnover last year, but the renovations and hiring of solid, permanent people made all the difference at my recent appointment! The front office greeted me with a smile and answered all my insurance questions. My hygienist was kind, gentle and thorough when cleaning my teeth. The dentist and his assistant made me feel at ease and explained everything before my treatment. I will 100% be back.
