Dr. Shweta Chapagain is living in Florida since 2004. She has been practicing in the field of dentistry for over 9 years. In 2010, she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has since been practicing dentistry in Florida for 9 years, with extensive experience in pediatric and adult dentistry. Dr. C attends numerous continuing education courses to enhance her knowledge and better serve her patients. She is currently involved in 2-year extensive general dentistry course from University of Florida. Dr. C has been working with the team at the office for a combined total of over 9 years. She enjoys working with patients and giving the utmost care to our patients to make sure our patients receive the most comprehensive dental care in the Citrus Springs area.

Our experience today was unfortunately the second visit out of three that was not great. The staff is wonderful however when it came time for the dentist to see my toddler it was not great. The dental assistant who cleaned my childs mouth was complimentary on how white her teeth were, but the dentist said they were yellow. Before she asked what she eats she immediately said my daughter cannot have chocolate milk before a bed. That is a very large and incorrect assumption as not only does my toddler not have milk before bed nor chocolate, she brushes her teeth twice a day, we floss, and my daughter eats and drink healthy. No juice just water. This is very upsetting considering we had lovely first visit. The last two visits has had the same tone. My mother brings my daughter for me as I work full-time. If the dentist has commentary she should first inquire before assuming. Due to our insurance we are limited to who we can see especially for a toddler. We hope that our next visit will be different!

Very helpful place! Doctor was thorough, understanding, and had a genuine care for my daughter's dental concerns. Staff was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, & very professional. The office was clean & had a nice atmosphere. It was very welcoming that the parents are allowed to sit with their child during the entire visit, as this is suggested. Overall, a great dentist that accepts most insurance providers for students & children. Adults as well. Thank you!

Awesome doctor and staff! Dr.Chapagain is so gentle, understanding, honest and not a pushy dentist to up sell treatment. Great with kids! I love that they offer nitrous for both kids and adults.

If I could give a 0 I would. This was the only place that accepted my son's Liberty Dental insurance that could get us in the quickest without having to drive a greater distance. My 7 yr old son has a really bad abscess that has been very painful. After our technician cleaned his teeth and after his x-rays were taken, the Dr came in for inspection. She was with us for maybe 5-10 mins in which she looked at the x-rays and glimsped inside his mouth, noticing the infection. Told me he might to have that baby tooth extracted in Tampa. I asked about antibiotics, in which she wrote a prescription and said she'd have it sent to our pharmacy that same day in the evening. Never happened.. so now I'm having to take him to an urgent care clinic to see about getting an antibiotic asap so the infection doesn't get worse. Don't waste your time or money on this quack. Save yourself a headache and find another place to take your kids to.

Citrus Springs Dental care is the place to go for your dental needs, from the front desk personal to the hygienist and the wonderful dentist, you're treated like family and given a complete dental exam and treatment plan to keep your teeth in the best shape. They keep you proud of your smile! Top notch team!

Mary at the front desk is so friendly and very helpful. We never have a long wait time to see Dr. Chapagain. My grandson is a very nervous teen at the dentist but he does great with the staff at Citrus Springs Dental.

Scheduled my son an appointment here. His 1st appointment because hes 3 years old they said they attempted to call me but I have no missed calls from them what so ever to remind me of the appointment. I got a text message the morning of 2 hours before his appointments and I was working at the time I called to reschedule and they told me that they could not schedule him a new appointment because he missed his 1st appointment. That's absolutely ridiculous!!. They are rude and inconsiderate to new patients!

Worst dentist I have ever been to. Said I had 6 cavities that I do not have. The cleaning was barley even done. I went there because they were in network, but pricing work out to same as out of network dentist.

Not very happy! Used to same day service and after tooth hi saying wait a week, I'm in some pain. I'm very good about pain but this has been keeping me awake since!!!!!!

I went in yesterday as a new patient. The staff was the best I've had in a dentists' office in a very long time. Liz and Kelly were extremely thorough and followed all COVID protocols. Dr. Chapagain explained everything she was doing as well as her treatment plan for me.

I am going to start this review off by saying I seriously do not reccommend coming here. From the minute I walked through the door, I instantly felt unwelcome because the lady with red/orange hair at the counter was extremely rude, had no patience and gave me the biggest attitude before I even checked in. She was super unprofessional and it makes me question how she even managed to get a job working with people. I didn't even stay for my appointment and walked out before meeting my dentist. This was the very first time I've ever been to this dentist office and my last, too. If I could give a lower rating I would. Don't bring your children here.
