I really enjoyed the service I received from Citrus. I got two wisdom teeth extracted and they did thorough job with the X-rays and scans, ensuring that they were aware of where the nerve were that were running under tooth. Dr. Patel was great as well. He had excellent bedside manner, played classical music as I went to sleep. The surgery was done well. I highly recommend them for any wisdom tooth extraction.

Wow. Just plain wow. Sure, this team is professional and very good at what they do, but where they shined for me was not in the expected, but unexpected. I was on a business trip, from Texas to Ocala, when all of a sudden, my 6wk post-op wisdom tooth extraction site "decided" it was a good time to become infected with, let's hear it, a pistachio (unconfirmed). This team not only agreed to see me on short notice, but worked with my primary surgeon back home to keep them updated, helped me work through the options, and straight took care of me. THANK YOU TEAM! I am not sure how this would have gone without you. Shout out from TX! Apprec y'all!

Five stars are not enough to rate this practice . From the initial consultation to phone calls to registration to surgery and followup i was always treated with one hundred percent professional skill topped only by compassionate care.

I had a possible cancerous lesion removed, dr.Patel and the staff were amazing, not only medically professional but genuinely concerned for my well being, the doctor even called me the day before a holiday as soon as he received the report it was negative for cancer, what doctor does that?! I could not have asked for better care

I just had a tooth extracted by Dr. Rushi Patel on Friday and let me tell you, it was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. The entire staff in the Ocala office were just beautiful people from start to finish. It is now Monday and I never had a bit of pain since the extraction and mending is going very well. Thank you!!!

Very nice and personable people. The offices are clean, all staff is friendly. I Highly recommend the Ocala and crystal river location as I have dealt with both. Dr. Patel and Erica are the best!

This was my second time to DR P. He Remembered me from two years ago as a grand opening patient. Still cool,calm and professional as ever. Talked and made sure i was ok and informed the entire time.Highly professional and recommended.

Dr Patel is an excellent dental surgeon w excellent bedside manners. He's the surgeon that extracted my 86 year old Mother's tooth. He was patient, informative and reassuring to her as the patient and to us as family!!! We highly recommend him and the amazing, friendly staff at Citrus OFS at both locations Ocala and Crystal River!!!

My procedure could not have gone better. Everyone at this location was extremely patient and nice. Any questions I had, you could tell they were happy to answer. Not only did my procedure and office visit go well, but I also felt that I was in good hands going home. I was given everything I needed for my recovery with very thorough instructions. They did an amazing job and I am extremely grateful.

I highly recommend Citrus OFS! Dr Patel is very thorough with his patients, making sure that everyone is educated on pre and post surgery care! The staff makes scheduling appointments easy and their 24 hour emergency phone service is excellent! If you want to be taken care of, these are the people for the job!

Dr. Patel and his team of Medical Assistants and Nurse Practitioner are absolutely amazing. Dr. Patel extracted my daughters wisdom teeth and was very attentive and caring throughout the process. Unfortunately for my daughter one of the extraction sites got infected and needed extra TLC which Dr. Patel provided at no cost to me. I am highly satisfied with his treatment.

I had an excellent experience with this office! Every member of the staff is so kind and understanding! I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and they were very professional during the entire process, they were also very helpful with answering concerns I had following the procedure. I would definitely recommend this office!

Highly recommend! My 18 y/o had all four wisdom teeth removed and is recovering nicely. The staff were all very professional and Dr. Patel is most gracious, called us for pre and post surgery follow up! So glad I decided to go with Citrus Oral Surgery!

This establishment is top notch. I had to have a somewhat urgent procedure done and they were quick to get me scheduled for surgery. Everything from the beginning has been nothing short of amazing. Dr Patel literally saved my life, he is a flawless, skilled surgeon and I would genuinely recommend him tremendously! Thanks guys!

The entire staff here were all wonderful they are very informative about the whole process. The Doctor was great he helped to calm my wife down and answered any questions we had very plainly I would greatly recommend this place to anybody who is in need of dental surgery.

I have always been scared of going to doctors offices, coming here the staff made me feel so welcome and safe. They're all very good employees. They helped me understand everything about my wisdom teeth surgery and made me super comfortable before I went to sleep, they played my favorite song and laughed with me and made me forget how nervous I was. Dr. Patel even called me the night of my surgery to make sure I was doing okay. He answered all of my phone calls after hours and made sure I was taking the medicine as directed that he prescribed. They're all very thoughtful and genuine caring people here I would definitely recommend coming to their practice. I went to the Ocala location but they do have an office in Crystal River as well (with the same staff).
