My mission is to change my patients lives by helping them smile with newfound confidence. I am committed to providing dental care for my patients with the same honesty, empathy, and attention that I would give to my own family.
I live in Clermont, FL, with my husband Charles, and three children. I am very active in their school. I also love volunteering at animal shelters as well as participating in many charities, especially for children with cancer and hospices. When I am not at the office or with my husband and children, you will find me golfing, skiing, scuba diving, fishing, or playing my piano.

My husband went it for pain in back wisdom tooth area. They wanted to work on a different tooth in front as a preventative measure and charged him a fee to make an appointment. I called them to clarify why he was charged more than his deductible. They sent him home after charging insurance for X-rays with no relief for pain and indicated they gave him a referral. His paperwork did not include the referral. They charged him an additional $100 fee for a future appointment to hold it in addition to the deductible. I told them I have never paid them for a future appointment and requested a refund. Sue refused says she is the practice manager and then said it was non refundable even though they never told him that and the appointment is not happening in a few weeks. I want them to know this is not okay. I feel bad because I referred him and had no idea they would treat him this way. The proper plan should have been to get work done first where the pain is and then ask client to schedule in the future if they choose to work on proposed treatment plan. Will need to report to insurance company since Sue refused refund.

I really liked the clinic, the nitro gas they use is very good because it causes relaxation and so we don't get so tense. They still put YouTube on TV and a headphone to relax more. The employees are great and polite. I loved.

I HIGHLY recommend Citrus Grove Dental Care! I recently moved to this area and was looking for a new dentist. Citrus Grove was recommended by someone from this area but I was still hesitant at first. I felt welcomed from the minute I stepped in, which eased my worries but then Dr. Helms and Chris, who is an awesome dental hygienist btw, completely put me at ease. I am very impressed by their processes and their team...amazing people, amazing dental office! May God bless you all!

I had terrific experience here. The doctor and his assistant were kind, caring, professional and explained everything in a way I could understand. If you've been afraid to go to the dentist you don't have to be afraid anymore if you come here. So grateful I found this place!

Dr Helms & team are AWESOME!! I am the coward of cowards and it was a great experience. I had fillings and a crown; and experienced no pain, no anxiety. By far, the friendliest office team I've experienced in the 30+ years I've lived in Central FL. HIGHLY recommend! Thanks so much!

Dr Tran is awesome! I did my first RCT and it was painless! The whole experience is great! If you are looking for a dental office, this is the place to be! Highly recommended. All the staff are knowledgeable as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience! Thank you Citrus Grove!

I originally scheduled first dental appt back in march. They called to say they needed to reschedule me. The next available day was in august. They call me up a week before that appt stating they need to reschedule me again. Next available appt is not until jan. This place is a joke. I am a teacher so i can only do appts after school. That is why they could not get me in.guess i need to find a dentist that does not do banker hours. Good luck getting an appt if you work 8-4 m-f.

The customer service was outstanding. My dental hygienist was awesome. Net made sure that I had no pain. Also, she gave me excellent advice on treating my gums and what areas to focus on brushing. Great advice.

Been to alot of dentist and this is the best. Christ the hygienist was so gentle and very thorough. I don't mind going every 6 months
