Dr. Holland has been setting the highest standards of excellence in dentistry since 1970! He earned his AB degree from Western Maryland College in Westminster and his dental degree from Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. An esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. Holland practiced dentistry for two years in the US Air Force Dental Corps, and is a lifetime member in the Florida Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Outside the office, he enjoys giving back to his community by participating with community events and groups such as the local Chamber of Commerce, Tourist Development Council, Salvation Army, church board, little league and more. In his spare time, Dr. Holland enjoys traveling, photography and spending time with his wife, Vickery, and their two sons, Michael and Steven.
Dr. Pichardo has been delivering the highest quality dental care to the patients of his community for nearly 15 years. He received his Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree, and Dental Degree from the University of Florida at Gainesville and is an active member in many top dental organizations, such as the Florida Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the West Coast Dental Society, and the Hernando County Dental Association. Dr. Pichardo has attended the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, the Academy of Comprehensive Aesthetics, and the L. D. Pankey Institute. He also gives back to his community and abroad by participating in mission trips through the Christian Dental Society with the University of Florida, Earthquake Relief through Coprodeli USA, the Metropolitan Ministry Free Dental Care to Underprivileged in Citrus County, and the Mobile Dental Bus. In his spare time he enjoys all sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
Jeani has been a certified dental assistant for 28 years, and most of those years have been spent at Citrus Dental. I feel close to my patients, who have been coming here for years, and enjoy seeing them and helping them to attain their dental health goals. I enjoy working in a friendly office of caring professionals. Jeani also enjoys spending time with her husband of 36 years and traveling to visit their two adult children and four wonderful grandchildren as much as possible. She loves the beach, travel, and getting together with friends and family.
Jennifer has been in the dental health field for 24 years and has been at Citrus Dental as Dr. Pichardos assistant since 2009. She has worked five years as an oral surgery assistant, two years as insurance and billing coordinator, and the remaining years as a dental assistant. Jennifer and her family have lived in Citrus County for eleven years. She enjoys fishing, boating, DIY projects, and spending time with her family.
Jeannie is originally from upstate NY where she began her dental career as a dental assistant . She moved to Citrus County in 1993 with the desire to further her education. She graduated from Pasco Hernando Community College Dental Hygiene Program in 2001. In 2020 she obtained her bachelor in Science degree in business. Her love for dentistry lead her to Citrus Dental of Inverness in 2021 where she delivers up to date, professional and personal care while helping her patients achieve optimal oral health. Jeannie has a great passion and enthusiasm for dentistry and enjoys putting patients at ease. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, as well as outdoor activities along the nature coast.
I was born and raised right here in Citrus County. I spend my time outside of work having fun with my 2 boys. We spend a lot of time outside and look for different things to do around our beautiful county. I am excited to be a part of Citrus Dental and meeting all the new friendly faces that come into the office.

Everything was fine except the cost. Dentist offices are getting really greedy with the cost of appointments and cleanings. I remember the good old days when you could make an appointment to get your teeth cleaned and you were in and out and didnt have to go through all these formal procedures and costs. Anyway, the good point is that I finally found Jeanie that was my hygienist for years. She works here and I didnt know that. I have an appointment with her on 10/31 and I feel real good about that. Thats the positive thing about my new experience.

Wonderful front office staff that are very friendly and try their hardest to accommodate any of your scheduling needs. The dental staff including Dr Pichardo are very professional, informative, and leave you with a sense that your teeth are in excellent hands. On a personal note, I feel that all my necessary dental needs are being meet at this office without any alarmist tactics to add extra procedures or charges. Thanks for the great job.

It generally is "no fun to go to the dentist", but coming here is a pleasure. The people, the surroundings, and the atmosphere are all very nice. You have great hygienists. Dr. Pichardo is wonderful. Besides being an outstanding dentist who is good at explaining all available options, he is also very kind and compassionate. He seems to truly care about his patients. No anxiety coming here. Update: Just had Lisa, a new hygienist, take care of me. A nice addition to an already great dental practice.

I had a cleaning done by Lisa, who has a treasure of information, for those who are interested. I miss Brenda, but Lisa is just as wonderful! Dr. Pichardo and his assistant, whose name escapes me at the moment, are always attentive and engaging. They were also wonderful with my 88 yr. old mother. She is moving to Orlando, but I will bring her back here for her dental care. There is no need to try and find her a dentist there! Dr. Pichardo has a good pulse on the community here and relates well with most everyone. The office staff is also friendly and engaging. I always enjoy the view outside and the massage chairs!

This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had!! The whole office is very welcoming and friendly! Everybody smiles and greets you and the Dr. Is very thorough with his explanation of care! There is no doubt that you are getting the best care for your teeth!! Dr Pichardo even called me later that night to check on me and asked how I was feeling/doing!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! You won't get better care and our service anywhere else! Will definitely be a regular patient!!
