Dr. Wendy Song is a general dentist who enjoys all aspects of dentistry, particularly cosmetic improvements and oral surgery. She is trilingual, fluent in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and English. Her warm, vibrant personality will make you instantly feel comfortable and cared for.
Dr. Song is a double Tarheel. She first graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Global Studies and minors in Spanish and Chemistry. Through her courses, she developed an understanding of various cultures that allows her to connect with patients of all backgrounds. She then achieved her childhood dream of becoming a dentist, graduating from UNC School of Dentistry. During training as a dentist, Dr. Song served on multiple dental mission trips to care for underprivileged populations in the Philippines and Nicaragua.
Dr. Shea is a 1997 graduate of Harvard School of Dental Medicine where she received a Doctorate of Dental Medicine, a Certificate for Graduate Training in Periodontology, and in 2001 she received a Doctorate of Medical Sciences in Oral Biology. During her post-doctoral studies, she received the prestigious Dentist Scientist Award from the National Institutes of Health and conducted research on bone metabolism at Bostons Childrens Hospital and Boston University School of Medicines Department of Orthopaedics. Dr. Shea is Board Certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Her memberships include the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Academy of Periodontology.
Dr. Shea specializes in all aspects of periodontal treatment, including scaling and root planing, gingival grafts, periodontal surgery, and dental implants. She is passionate about educating her patients on the importance of periodontal health.

I went to Citi Dental High Street as a new patient yesterday and they were awesome! I had to switch providers because of insurance changes, and was glad I chose Citi Dental. Everyone was super nice, the place friendly and clean, and they were so informative regarding the process of my visit. Nestrete the assistant was super sweet and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time since we had to take multiple x-rays. Overall I was very pleased and happy to have found them and will be going back for all oral hygiene appointments.

I would give more than five stars if I could! First time I've been to a dentist in over ten years. Everyone went above and beyond, from reception helping me figure out my confusing and last minute insurance issues, to Dr. Sarkis keeping me informed every step of the way throughout our appointment. The incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff at this office has broken me out of my dental slump! They've won me over as a patient no and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for dental care.

Dr. Sarkis and his staff were extremely professional and helpful. His office manager, Mirna was very efficient and his assistant Cleiton was kind and thorough. Dr. Sarkis was very clear about his recommendations and took all the time I needed to discuss options, next steps, and answer as many questions as I had. Love this place ! The staff is really helpful :) Dr. Song is wonderful; very personable and friendly! I'm near the end of my invisalign treatment and she's been great throughout! Her assistant Nestre is always polite and cares for patients a lot, and Danielle at the front desk always greets with smiles! Fantastic staff and always happy to come here :)

The dentist was very kind and professional but the appointment took about 2 hours for what I thought would just be a cleaning. The assistant I has was new and plainly not good. Xrays were painful as the bit pointed into the roof of my mouth and kept falling apart as was the 3D scan of my mouth during which I had a tool rubbed roughly against my teeth and pushed against my tongue hard enough for me to gag.

I highly recommend Dr. Wendy Song and her practice. The downtown Boston location at 10 High School is very convenient. I have never had to wait long to be seen for my appointments. The assistants and hygienists are friendly and professional. Danielle in reception is really helpful with navigating dental insurance. I'm really happy with my new smile after 3 months of Invisalign, and her enameloplasty work was great.

Recently got a filling restored at CitiDental High St. Dr. Sarkis was excellent. He took time to answer all my questions, before quickly restoring the filling. I experienced no pain or discomfort. I was shown the before and after pictures of the affected filling for good measure. Dr. Sarkis and rest of the staff at CitiDental have my recommendation.

I posted a 5 star review about a year ago and it was all true when Pam was the office manager at CITIDental on High Street in Boston. Pam was very kind and a great asset to the practice, and she was very easy going and provided the best service. one time a procedure copay was unmanageable, and she helped me and gave me the family & friends discount. Pam has left the office and they now have a new manager. I placed a call today to inquire about a copay amount I would pay for a future procedure, because I misplaced the treatment plan which contained the amount. I was treated horribly and with total disrespect from the new office manager. The call turned ugly extremely fast when I asked about a discount, and the new office manager repeatedly told me 4-5 times, and I quote, they can't give discounts because it's against the law. She repeatedly said the same things over and over again to me, which made it sound like I was difficult to the people in earshot, which is the farthest thing from the truth. It didn't cross my mind to write another review, but I think someone should know how I was horribly treated, to the point it affected me terribly. I canceled my future appt., and I will no longer go back. Very disappointed and upset. I still can't believe how I was treated, and this person did not care one bit. Now instead of 5 stars, they luckily receive 1 star. CC

Originally reviewed this dentistry about 3 years ago when I first came here to see Dr. Le. Had a great experience then and highly recommended this location. However, as time has been going on this location seems to be getting worse and worse. Specifically, the dental assistants. I've had no issues with the dentists themselves, they have all been extremely nice, knowledgeable and thorough. The assistants used to make me feel comfortable - not so much anymore as it doesn't seem they know exactly what they are doing. I've noticed a decline over the years.

Literally the best dentist I've ever been to! The whole team is so friendly and personal, they make the whole experience very comfortable. Most people fear the dentist but these ladies put that fear at ease, especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic. They are very clean, organized, and on time and that's something I appreciate a lot. I would 1000% recommend them to all my family and friends!

I had a very bad experience with my previous dentist and I was really upset so I called my insurance company and explained the situation and was referred to Citi dental high St. I met Melissa and Dr. Dafyola and they made me feel so comfortable and ensured me that they would fix my tooth and make me smile again and they did. I am so appreciative I will never go anywhere else.

I used to fear the dentist until I met the good folks here at ciit dental. The staff at the front desk, dentists and hygienists are all wonderful. You will feel welcomed, relaxed and treated with the highest level dental care. I wouldn't trust my dental work to anyone else.
