Cisco-Dental is a full-service dental health practice proudly serving the community of Cisco, Texas. Under the leadership of Jarred Donald, DDS, the practice has become a valued resource for families throughout the region.
Jarred Donald, DDS, brings a passion for patient care to his practice at Cisco Dental. Education has always shaped Dr. Donalds path. A Texas native, he began his studies at Texas A&M University in College Station before completing his dental degree at Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.
Upon completion, he continued to seek out educational opportunities, eventually earning a Fellowship through the Academy of General Dentistry (an achievement earned by fewer than 14% of all American dentists). Over the years, Dr. Donald has completed advanced training in pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and oral surgery, among other areas of dental specialty.
Dr. Donald is highly sought after in the region, having earned a reputation for excellence in all aspects of dental care. Building a thriving dental practice requires the support of the community, and many patients begin working with Dr. Donald based on word-of-mouth references.

Don't go here, please don't. Drive to Abilene or Weatherford, but avoid this place at all cost. I scheduled and paid for a basic cleaning and exam, had to come in two different days since they cant schedule correctly, or perhaps they overschedule just to make more money, and just ask you to take another day off work since its not affecting their pay. After the exam, I had a simple cavity removal that took him five minutes, he rushed through the whole thing. Till this day, that tooth still bothers me 3 months later...I asked them to fix the issue twice, and they just told me I'm fine, haven't been able to eat anything crunchy or hard on my left side of my mouth for about 3 months now (chips, cereal, cookies etc.). They also tried to overcharge me with the out-of-pocket cost with my insurance, lecturing me how insurance works, but after they made the mistake, they never wanted to own up to it or apologize, front desk was unprofessional, condescending the whole time. They finally owned up to it and wrote me a check after several hours of phone calls and frustration. Please, let these guys close down and go out of business. Go somewhere else for your teeth. Also don't be fooled by their fake 5 star reviews (literally calling the Dentist a "her" in several reviews) the office just pays someone from across the world to boost their poor rating, I'm sure after many complained. Jarred Donald is super hasty, aggressive, rushes through everything, and doesn't seem to listen when you tell him there's something wrong. Please let these guys close down.

They don't accept insurance. You have to pay the out of network portion. But when you call ahead for an appointment they tell you they accept specific insurances.

I have been going to Cisco Dental for several years for mostly routine procedures. I have always had excellent treatment with any procedures the Doctor does or my routine cleanings. I highly recommend them.
