I'm not sure what their problem is, but they are just angry at customers there. They are weird. I don't recommend this place at all. I thought happy people lived in Cinco Ranch. Nope. LOLOL

While the service is fabulous and the staff is great, I called to get a copy of my statement and was told to call back on Monday because they are closed every other Friday. If that information was posted somewhere, it's not easily accessible. This will impact my decisions in the future.

I highly recommend this place. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel relaxed. I was there for a root canal and believe it or not I actually was dozing off in the chair during the procedure. I will be back for another one soon. Highly Recommend!

I was in so much pain due the need of a root canal and Cinco Endo came to my rescue. They were focused on making me comfortable again and succeeded. My second visit turned out to be a great nap.

I highly recommend Cinco ranch Endodontics! Dr. Berteaux and his team are outstanding! I was in much pain and the office took care of me immediately. Dr. Berteaux did two root canals for me and made the process quick and comfortable. No more pain now and I feel great. Thank you again!

Such a welcoming environment with friendly staff! Dr. Berteaux did such an amazing job and made sure I was doing okay throughout my procedure! Strongly recommend coming here!

My 11 year old had to have a root canal and was extremely nervous. The dental assistant and dentist were great. She was super excited when they were finished. She felt no pain and even insisted on taking a picture with the dentist.

Cinco Ranch Endodontics...I could not say enough good things about this place and staff. First of all, the doctor is top notch. He has the best bedside manner and trust me, I see a lot of doctors. He's very pleasant with his soft spoken voice, he is extremely gentle and also kindly patient. I have major dental anxiety and now everything has changed. I was not scared one but going to my second appointment. My root canal was PAINLESS. I have heard so many awful stories which only added to my dental stress. His assistant Jill, is just as patient, kind and wonderful as the dr. She is very professional and her and the doc have their business down to a science. They work unbelievable well together. Very natural. Sonia I the front office made sure I exactly what I needed, assisted me with all of that side of the business then the next day she calls to check to make sure I'm ok! Now that's what I call care. If you go anywhere else, you're missing out on the best card out there. I would HIGHLY suggest you make an appointment here if you need to see the endo. You will not regret it. I'll be telling everyone I know about this place. Thank you CRE for the care you e given me and made my experience stress and pain free. You are all THE BEST.

I get anxious having any procedure performed. The entire staff was amazing. The minute I walked in the door they put me at ease. The procedure was completely pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Berteaux.

1st class facility and custonee service. Sonia was excellent. She made a fearful and expensive procedure palatable. The Dr. and his assistant were so careful and communicative even through they were in synch!!!

I came here today for a root canal. I was a little bummed my tooth couldn't be saved. This office took a X-ray of my tooth and sent my images to my dentist right away. I enjoyed this office and it's lovely view. The dr had great bed side manners and the staff was very welcoming. Just a heads up the doors are lock due to Covid. They're pretty strict on letting people in.

The staff are so pleasant and helpful. Dr. Berteaux explained everything that was going on and I felt very comfortable during a root canal. I went in extremely anxious and everyone cared and it didn't take long for me to relax. Their kindness meant so much to me. I recommend them for your endodontic needs.

I can't say thank you enough to Dr. Berteaux and his wonderful staff. They agreed to see me the same day when I was in a lot of pain and took great care of me, even calling the next day just to check up on me. The clinic is very warm and inviting and everyone is always so kind and caring, they literally take every measure to ensure your comfort during the procedure. I highly recommend them!

Very good and friendly clinc where you are treated like a Family member by the staff, and Doctor Berteaux gentle touch made me forget i was in a dental clinic, I have always been afraid of all dental work and instruments but during my visits just by been in such of relaxing and friendly atmosphere I was able to relax and all the painless work was performed I do recommend Cinco Ranch Endodontics 100%

Great and friendly staff, the doctor is simply the best. Usually dental procedures are not pleasant but my experience was very smooth. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is in pain or needs help.

Dr. Bryan Berteaux is excellent in his dental work services. Appears to have the latest dental instruments, his staff is very friendly and great. They do not make you wait, if you show up on time to his office. The staff will check on you after services are provided. I strongly recommend Dr. Berteaux to anyone seeking endodontics services.
