Dr. Seghi did a great job explaining the issue, answering questions, and taking care of the problem. The staff was super caring in an emergency and very prompt at the appointment. No waiting time. A very positive experience considering having a molar removed.

I have been here 3times with each child of mine ,every time has been fine till now,I'm applaud at your comments toward my child ,will be traumatized probably for all near dentist appointment ! I won't say all that was commented because I don't know which one of you felt the need to say those things!!! But my daughter is miserable,scared and in pain ! I will not call or come back,I appreciate you for helping my other kids! #Dontjudgeifyoudontknow!

Friendly staff, and everyone made me feel at ease.. Dr. Lucas took the time to answer all of my questions. I've had several procedures here over the years and would highly recommend.

Awful customer service. They wanted me to pay in full for 2 emergency tooth extraction even though I have insurance. They acted as if I had that kind of money. My doctor referred me to them for a next day visit because it's a very painful situation and they wanted me to come back a week later. Will never go here and don't recommend.

I have a big dental phobia and this was a great experience! Needed my two lower wisdom teeth extracted and they were able to see me even though I was referred elsewhere (The others had no openings for a month and a half.) Glad I found these people cause it all went super smoothly, no mouth pain, normal facial swelling that got better in 4 days. Staff was great and worked hard to solve the insurance issues and thankfully can't remember Dr Seghi's work as the sedation was top notch! Closed my eyes and then I was being walked to the car to go home. Many thanks to the team!

Had an appointment here for over a month. The day of my appointment they tell me they are going to charge me $295 for a scan. When I should have been notified up front. They said they could not use my x-ray's from my dentist because they were from 2017 but I got to the dentist every 6 months. I know they have a recent scan over the past year. Such a waste of time on something I could have been notified about upfront. Went to another oral surgeon before here and was not charged for scans.

Going to an oral surgeon is not always fun but I have been going to this practice for years and each and every time the doctors and staff are wonderful!! Excellent practice!

Dr Lucas was the farthest thing from warm and compassionate. I had questions before the extraction to address my concerns about being a breastfeeding mother and the amalgam filling in the tooth that was going to be pulled. I was anxious about possible mercury exposure and had some questions. He acted so bothered by my questions like he just wanted to get it over with. When I told him I was anxious about it he suggested twice that I reschedule and be put under instead of a local..which obviously isn't the point as that doesn't change the amalgam concerns. When he was finished he basically rushed out of the room giving me almost no time to ask questions. I asked to see my tooth as they were taking it out of the room but they said they already took it away and that I couldn't see it. I was basically in my car about 60 seconds after the tooth was pulled. They didn't give me any gauze or anything to take home for the bleeding. I had to go back in to ask for some. They clearly don't care about their patients on the same level as other Oral Surgeons do, Dr. Thatcher's office has you sit with them for 10-15min after extractions to make sure you are all good. If you have any anxiety about teeth extractions or like to ask questions, do not go here. I wish I would have just waited another week until I could be seen by Dr. Thatcher.

My daughter had 2 of her wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Seghi. Prior to the procedure, Dr. Seghi explained everything thoroughly, and put my daughter at ease. Once in the chair, my daughter was very nervous, and was afraid that she was going to be able to feel something. Dr. Seghi's nurse, Ashley, assured her that she was not going to feel a thing! Post op, my daughter was feeling no pain, and even remarked that she will not be afraid to have her other 2 wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Seghi when the time comes. Dr. Seghi called that night to check on my daughter, and make sure she was doing well.... What a nice touch! You could tell that he was genuinely concerned. Excellent service by everyone at this office! ***** FIVE STARS*****

EVERYONE was SOOO KIND and COMFORTING (in particular the ladies who prepped me in the surgery room)!!! I have anxiety issues and they treat you like a family member. KUDDOS to them! FRONT DESK very kind & thorough. DR SEGHI always takes plenty of time to answer questions before surgery & does a thoughtful follow-up call in the evening. I ALWAYS recommend others to you. I DO, HOWEVER MISS my doctor of YEARS .... DR. LAMPING. He is greatly missed. Thanks again to ALL of you! GOD BLESS YOU! Rhonda Grace
