My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, all 4. The Nurses and Surgeon were top notch. My daughter had minimal pain and minimal swelling. The office Admins are incredibly knowledgeable and are able to answer questions quickly. I felt at ease after our pre- surgery consultation.

Quick, smooth and safe! Called the day before to schedule extraction. Appointment the next day. Painless procedure took about 1/2 hour. This was second extraction Dr Lucas has done. First was about 5 years ago when he had to retrieve roots left by a former dentist. All staff very professional and trained to reduce patient anxiety and get them home asap

I have had nothing but an excellent experience with Dr. Lucas. The staff is amazing and friendly. I had to get implants and let me tell you everyone said it would be so painful. I had NO pain whatsoever. Took no pain meds not even Tylenol. I recommend Dr. Lucas to everyone now.

Just had all 4 my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday and I felt so comfortable with all the staff and Dr. Seghi. I've never met a doctor and same day had surgery, everyone did a fantastic job at explaining everything and I'm recovering well with no complications as of yet. Just one call from the doctor after surgery really went beyond my expectations, very great experience for my first surgery ever. Love this office, I highly recommend them!

Dr Lucas and staff are amazing. They are detailed to the procedure, kind and caring. It went so smooth. Dr Lucas followed up in afternoon to make sure I was doing ok. The extra caring is hard to find anymore and that was the cherry on top of a excellent practice. I would highly recommend his office to everyone. He is the BEST!!!!

Dr Lucas was the farthest thing from warm and compassionate. I had questions before the extraction to address my concerns about being a breastfeeding mother and the amalgam filling in the tooth that was going to be pulled. I was anxious about possible mercury exposure and had some questions. He acted so bothered by my questions like he just wanted to get it over with. When I told him I was anxious about it he suggested twice that I reschedule and be put under instead of a local..which obviously isn't the point as that doesn't change the amalgam concerns. When he was finished he basically rushed out of the room giving me almost no time to ask questions. I asked to see my tooth as they were taking it out of the room but they said they already took it away and that I couldn't see it. I was basically in my car about 60 seconds after the tooth was pulled. They didn't give me any gauze or anything to take home for the bleeding. I had to go back in to ask for some. They clearly don't care about their patients on the same level as other Oral Surgeons do, Dr. Thatcher's office has you sit with them for 10-15min after extractions to make sure you are all good. If you have any anxiety about teeth extractions or like to ask questions, do not go here. I wish I would have just waited another week until I could be seen by Dr. Thatcher. I am so incredibly disappointed.

They were very accommodating and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked through the door. Dr Lucas called me personally to make sure I was doing ok the next day. Everyone was fantastic and very professional.
