On more than one occasion my appointment was canceled by this establishment when I arrived. I was told this morning that the hygienist resigned, no other hygienist work at this dental office. Yet tryed to schedule an appointment for April. They will tell you that x-rays are needed, between times your insurance will pay. You have to pay the unexpected charges. Horrible business, don't waste your time or money.

Great service seen as soon as I checked in received xray and filling in 30 minutes. All the staff was very polite.

Have used CDS for a long time. The Cheviot office is significantly overtaxed, in July 2022 the first cleaning available is February 2023. Not great news if you need work done. Staff is competent but there is high turnover.

I have been going here for about 5 years and loved working with Dr. Williams and the hygienists I saw early on. Unfortunately, since she left it's extremely difficult to schedule work, there seems to be a rotating door of just-for-now dentists which means I am constantly having to re-explain my previous work (which is long and complex), and I am following the plan/advice of whoever happens to be there that day. (And worst case I have to take an appointment at the office in Kentucky, where I had such a painful experience with the dentist I will NEVER return.) The hygienists seem knowledgeable, but for me we seem to be constantly miscommunicating. Honestly, I'm looking for a new office to move to.

The technician was awesome. The front receptionist was good. The doctor needs more people skill. He was professional, however; in my opinion, lacking people skill. You need more technicians like the one who was my hygienist today. ***** I do agree that they canceled an appointment and no one bothered to tell me. I was actually on my way for the appointment, I called to make sure of the time. At that time, I was told my appointment had been canceled bc my hygienist was no longer with them. I was upset and was rescheduled for 3 weeks later. My new hygienist was awesome. I liked Taylor and the lady dentist really really well. Call patient whenever changes are made
