I could not get in to my regular dentist and needed my front tooth fixed fast! It was broken! So I called Cincinnati Dental in Landen on Columbia road where I used to go. Got me in the next morning! Dr. Bae, hope I spelled it correctly, did a fantastic job fixing my broken tooth. The staff at the front test are efficient and so nice! What a great place to have your dental needs taken care of! If you're going anyplace else and it's mediocre, go to Cincinnati Dental in Landen on Columbia road. Thanks again for getting me in right away!

Becca, my hygienist, does an excellent job in taking care of my dental hygiene. She has a great personality and truly cares about the patient. Becca listens to my concerns and assures I understand before I leave. CDS is patient-oriented. Im comfortable there.

I always enjoy my experience at Cincinnati Dental Services in Loveland-Columbia. The dentists, technicians and staff are professional, friendly, and helpful in answering any questions. I highly recommend this location.

I had a very positive experience this morning. The young ladies at the front desk are always friendly. This is my first dental cleaning with Becca. She was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I also saw Dr. Bae. They spoke with very clear information that I could understand. If I didn't understand they answered in a way that I did.

I have been going to Cincinnati Dental Services for several years. Dr. Phillips is my dentist and I truly trust him with my care. He always has my best interest in mind and never recommends anything that is not necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Phillips and his staff. They are all GREAT in my book!

Outdated and no COVID protocols in place from what I saw. Called on a Monday about an emergency tooth extraction appointment. I was told they had availability the following morning. When I got to my appointment I received x-rays and was then told I would have to make a follow up appointment to do the actual extraction which wasn't until the next week. The doctor was gracious enough to be willing to stay after hours to do the extraction in the evening but instead I left and found another dentist that was able to do the tooth extraction same day and for less money. Really hoping they don't send me a bill for the x-rays considering the other dentist didn't need x-rays to know that the tooth needed to be pulled and no real services were rendered.

Everyone was very kind and helpful from reception to hygienist to dentist. Have to see an oral surgeon but will be back for routine care.
