I had an appointment for a cleaning. Instead, they took two types of x-rays, which they neglected to tell me wasn't covered by insurance. They refused to clean my teeth. They would however fix a "Soft Spot" as Mr. Trinh called it if I wanted to schedule the work. This company isn't here to help you. They are scam artists who hide behind policy to extract your hard earned money for unnecessary work. ***THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED***

I get there 10 minutes early and they took me in little or no waiting time. Mary is so fun to visit my hygienist. She's always got something to make me laugh. Parking's easy.

I was so happy to get to Cincinnati Dental and see they were open a couple of minutes after 5pm. I was able to get my partial plate fitted in my mouth. They are the best at making you feel comfortable and I truly appreciated their kindness. It will not be forgotten. Thank you!

Mary is the absolute best dental hygienist I've ever had--knowledgeable, upbeat, and thorough! She addresses every aspect of care in the moment, always with long-term goals for her patients' overall health in mind. She taught me that one key to good health is gum health, using effective imagery and evidence to have me convinced on my first visit with her. Mary is excellent!
