This place is horrible and unorganized. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, because the world is going through shortage of staff but they are unprofessional and I would not recommend. I sat and waited for my appointment for 3.5/4 hours for me to walk up to the desk to find out that the hygienist was in RUSSIA!!!! I received no call no heads up and when I checked in no one turned me away by her not being there. Instead I waited all that time and if I didn't ask I would have still been waiting! Then they proceed to be rude ( the man who pulls teeth in particular) the way and manor in which he spoke knowing they inconvenienced me was mind blowing! Then I had to wait a month to reschedule and was told if that didn't work since it was their fault to let them know. Well I tried to reschedule since the date they changed it to didn't work for my work schedule, I was told they won't doing anything for me until APRIL!!!! It's November!!!!! I barely wanted to give them that star the reason they received 1 star is because he pulled my tooth at my first appointment with no problems! But if you see this place run! Not that clean either!

DR Sohi is the best Oral Surgeon there possibly could be. I had a comicated extraction that no other dentist will do. Dr Sohi literally took Few seconds to get it out. I felt nothing. Totally painless This

I highly do not recommend DR.SOHI. He is very rude and unprofessional. He made me feel very uncomfortable about services he were supposed to be supplying to my 4 yr old. If I could give 0 stars I would have. VERY DISAPPOINTING

The waiting area was dirty, they overbook time slots, and there appears to be no rhyme or reason to which they call patients back. State insurance or private, take time and do research before going here.

Dr. Sohi was extremely professional and polite. He filled a front tooth chip with a filling and did a beautiful job! Looks perfect.

Very great with my 5 year old. Dr Sohi did sponge bob stories and made him laugh and comfortable. Highly recommended. This office is the best!

Dr Sohi was fast and painless for my child he made it very easy process for my 2 year old. Made him comfortable. The staff was amazing. Could not have had a better experience in a difficult procedure. The best in town. For sure

1. Cleaning not thorough enough like other dentist place. 2. I moved to NJ and request them to send my X-ray to the new place. I called twice, each time they promise to send but nothing happened. I am very disappointed how they treat patient who is no longer their customer.

The dentist is good with kids and does good work but his office is dirty and his employees are Disrespectful and Unprofessional. Receptionist look like heroine addicts. Don't go here unless you're desperate or have state insurance. We've have 2 great private insurance plans. this place handwrites bills and gets angry when you want an explanation. We have secondary too but they can't seem to get it right. Every appointment they took a while to call us back. One appointment I get there and they say the dentist is still on the plane and did I want to wait with my toddler or just reschedule. Aide was very nasty towards my family and tried to embarrass him and say he didn't bring enough money when all he wanted was a breakdown because they were to useless and lazy to give us the treatment plan at the last visit. They were 20 minutes behind in calling them back and tried to make them reschedule because he ask questions before paying. Laughable place. The dentist nearly grabs your phone and asks you to write good reviews.

Dentist begged me for a good review last time. I've since deleted that one and am updating. This place is for a lower class of people who they think that they can treat any kind of way. I actually like the dentist he's fine but the others should be working at McDonald's across the street. On March 1st brought my daughter and they said the dentist was on a plane and we could wait or reschedule, we obliged. Today July 22nd we were supposed to have our final appointment but they didn't give me the final treatment plan or cost at the previous May 4th appointment so I was shocked at the cost presented to me and asked a few questions. Mind you it was already 10:45 when they called us back and our schedule time was 10:30. We arrived at 10:20 initially. I was met with Nasty behavior and told to reschedule. I understand running on a schedule but it's interesting how they can inconvenience and reschedule on us so many times but have little patience for the customer. I've reported to two major dental insurance plans. I think This Place should stick to state insurance usually medical practices feel they can treat lower income people any kind of way, but I am not one of them.

Dr.Sohi's taken care of us even when I was a little kid, they make up for the understaffing with great customer service. I was just in there with my brother (who has severe ADHD) and they did great with relieving his anxiety about a tooth pull.

Dr Sohi did a great job on me. I was terrified of dentist because of my previous bad experience with another dentist. Dr Sohi was gentle and the procedure was absolutely painless. Staff was friendly WOW. Highly recommend to those who are scared of dentists to come and see him
