This team member of the Cicorelli Dental Group will have you smiling the minute you walk in the door. Michele was born and raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. She lived in Garnet Valley for many years where she raised 2 successful children and has recently moved back to the area. She spent 20+ years working in the YMCA aquatics department managing, lifeguarding and teaching swimming lessons before moving into the dental office environment. In her free time, Michele likes to catch up with her children, get to the gym, work her garden, burn anything in her firepit and play with her dogs in the yard.
Anyone who has had the pleasure of meeting Suzanne knows that her warmth and friendliness could put even the most frightened patient at ease. Suzanne is a native Delawarean and lifelong patient of the practice. After receiving a degree in business administration and a minor in psychology, Suzanne began a 15 year career in retail and corporate banking. Since 2006, Suzanne has been a part-time front desk administrator at the Cicorelli Dental Group. During her free time, Suzanne enjoys gardening, spending time outside with her husband, Greg, and being involved with the local synchronized skating program.
Kathi will bring a smile to your face when she greets you at Cicorelli Dental Group. She was born in Delaware County, PA and currently lives in Garnet Valley with her husband of 30+ years. Kathi worked as a paraprofessional at Garnet Valley School District for 16 years before moving into the dental field. She enjoys going to the beach, reading a good book, spending time with family and friends, and cooking meals for her three beautiful children that live nearby and still enjoys mom's cooking.
Jackie is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She moved to Delaware in 2004 with her husband and two sons and brings with her more than 20 years experience of dental assisting. Jackie went to college in Madison, Wisconsin and Dental Assisting School in Phoenix, Arizona. In her free time, she love to travel, sail, cook, and spend time with her family. She is also a loyal fan of the University of Wisconsin Badgers and the Green Bay Packers. Jackie aims to make every patient's visit a pleasant and positive experience.
Katy was born and raised in Newark, DE. She graduated from Saint Mark's High School in 2007 and worked in the restaurant industry as a sous chef until 2019, when she decided to pursue the dentistry field. She graduated from Delaware Technical and Community College in September 2019. Katy is married and has a daughter. They enjoy going to Mexico to visit her husband's family and going to Milburn Orchards for seasonal activities. Katy still enjoys cooking, especially baking, for all holidays and events.
Allison graduated from Delcastle Technical High School in 2016. Since obtaining her certifications she has worked as a dental assistant for 5 years as well as attend Delaware Technical Community College part time. She aspires to one day be a dental hygienist. In her free time she loves to do arts and crafts and go hiking. Allison sees hiking and dentistry in a similar light with the phrase 'difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.' She takes pride in knowing that she has done all that she can to ensure a beautiful, healthy and happy smile.
Michelle is a native Delawarean. She graduated from Howard Career Center 's Dental Assisting program, then in 1996 she graduated from Delaware Technical Community College with an Associate 's degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been married for 30+ years and has two adult children and three very happy dogs! When she isn 't working, she loves to travel, hang out by the pool or have game night with family and friends. Her motto is 'Live life to the fullest and never be afraid to try new things'!
Liz is a native Delawarean and has been a hygienist for 36 years. She and her husband, Lee, have been married for 35 years and raised two wonderful son 's, Michael and David. 'I am thrilled to be part of the Cicorelli Dental team of caring and compassionate individuals and proud to be working in an office whose standards are among the highest I 've ever seen!'

Their billing practices can only be described as misleading. The dental plan that was created for me although detailed, also gave the impression that insurance would cover a much higher amount than it ultimately did. By the time the actual amount was determined (at least in my case), the services had already been rendered. I should have been tipped off on my initial call when they made known that they are not part of any insurance plan as many dentists aren't, but they also said at that time that they are not familiar the term "reasonable and customary charges", which became obvious when the invoice arrived. The only word to describe the charges was exorbitant. In addition to the high charges of the actual dental procedures, it was quite a surprise to see that I was being charged in excess of $1,200 for work done by their dental hygienist.

Dr. Cicorelli is great. Most thorough and holistic dentist I've ever had. You can feel the passion she has for her job. Also it was the least pushy dental appointment I've ever had. There wasn't any trying to upsell or anything. She also didn't shoot unnecessary xrays just because insurance would pay for them. She was very attentive and really explained and showed me pictures of what she was treating. Highly recommended.

It was great to see everyone again. I really appreciated the steps taken to minimize exposure during the pandemic. I was completely at ease and the process was practically transparent. Liz taught me several things during my cleaning, Dr C checked me out, and Michelle and Kathi had me in and outta there efficiently. I didn't get to talk much with Dr T, but I realize that everyone is working to adhere to a pretty strict schedule. Much appreciated and a great team and a great Practice. Can't say enough good things, highly recommended and the best in my book!

Dr. Cicorelli cares and listens and is a perfectionist !!! The ladies at the front desk are awesome , THANK YOU ALL . I have recently relocated here and went to her BUT they were not in my group.. . Then , I went to another 5 star rated group near by only because they were in my group !!! OmG. If you have any experience w dental exams ... you would run out the door. !!!! I am staying with Cicorelli ... in the group or not !!!!
