Dr. Steven Kolenda is a CNY native, growing up in Oswego. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University at Buffalo's School of Dental Medicine and completed his postdoctoral training at Upstate Medical University's General Practice Residency. Dr. Kolenda remains very active in education where he holds faculty positions as a Clinical Instructor with the University at Buffalo, Upstate Medical University, and SUNY Canton's Dental Hygiene program.
Dr. Jennifer Lonnen received her DDS degree from SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. She completed her residency at Upstate Medical University concentrating in general dentistry. Dr. Jenn is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Upstate Medical University where she also performs dental treatment in the operating room for special needs patients. She is a graduate of Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania where she majored in biology. She was born and raised in Albion, New York, where her familystill resides.
Dr. Jenn spends most of her free time with her dog Blueberry and volunteering. She has completed multiple international, national, and local volunteer missions. She also enjoys traveling, skiing, and cooking.

Cicero Family Dentistry, Drs. Lonnen and Kolenda are the best! They really care about their patients. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. I'm not an easy patient and Dr. Kolenda is very patient and puts me at ease. His work is outstanding! I highly recommend them!

Very personable staff, I was in great discomfort this past weekend, and Dr. Loonen on her weekend off was able to help me. You don't find that very often anymore.. was very nervous today, and her and Tyra where great, even with my semi embarrassing moment., great staff

First appointment was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! The receptionist was wonderful! The dentist was down to earth, explained everything very well, and has a great sense of humor. The hygienist did a thorough cleaning and she was awesome and also has a great sense of humor and very kind! I' highly recommend them from my first impression! They're the place I've been hoping for!

Hands down best dentist office I have been too. I have never had a problem scheduling appointments. when I call I get an appointment sometimes that same day if not it's within the next couple of days. I have a lot of anxiety with dental visits. Dr Lonnen and Dr Kolenda are super patient, super kind to make sure I feel comfortable. I also bring my kids here, ages 2, 5, 9, 14. Dr Lonnen is their favorite! They offer great package plans to help keep costs down and give you discounts on many other procedures.

Haven't been to the dentist in a while. Was VERY displeased with my previous dentist. This team is very great to work with. They went above and beyond to help numb me up while doing a cleaning, and were patient and pleasant while their difficult patient (me) struggled with gagging on the x-ray detector. Very pleased, highly recommend. :-)

Dr Jenn and the entire staff are absolutely 5 star. Start to finish they went the extra mile(s) with both of my sons, one of which has non verbal Autism and severe special needs. They are extremely accommodating, helpful, and most of all KIND. We will never go anywhere else. Thank you all for everything you do. It truly is appreciated.
