Made an appointment for 05/26/22 at 11:30 am, at about 9:30 received a text on 5/26/22 saying my appointment was canceled, so I called the lady who answered after about 3 calls told me it was canceled because my insurance was from Ohio not IL and it made absolutely no sense to me. After ready all the reviews I decided to just go somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible. New to area. They did a generic "cleaning" half way polishing my teeth then having to walk over to a station to rinse. No other tools used. Rushed job. Dentist didn't even look at my x-rays just glanced at my mouth. If your looking for a rush job then this is the place for it. Never had a "cleaning" done like this. Please don't waste your time here

Is this a joke!! I doubt there is a person in there that knows what they're doing. I said "deep cleaning" and it's done in 2 min!! They literally painted some pink stuff on my teeth and washed it! Really!! Despite the rudeness and disrespectful way they talked to me. The owner of the place "the main doctor" is very rude he didn't respect me at all. Let's not mention their system in managing the patients inside, as if it was a farm of chickens.

Total waste of time!!! I made an appointment for a cracked tooth. I waited 35 minutes to be called and then after X-rays, and then they handed me a referral. I specifically asked if they had dentist on site to do work, and was told they did. Then I go, and waste an hour and 15 minutes to be given a referral for a root canal?? I'm not going to the north side. I will be calling dental insurance to complain about this place.

First, it took me about an hour and a half before they were able to see me for a teeth cleaning. Next, the woman Polished my teeth and said that I was done. She told me to have a good day. I asked when they are going to do the cleaning, and she said she just did. I told her that that is not a cleaning. So then finally she gave me over to someone else who cleaned my teeth. He cleaned my teeth in less than 10 minutes, and I never had so much blood in my mouth ever. Then when I looked at them in the mirror, I could visibly see where there was still plaque left on my teeth. I could also feel many spots that he did not clean. I will never go back.

This place is absolutely need some experience clerks, doctors as well. One particular doctor was very rude. I was trying to talk to him and just keep walking. The Illinois department of health will here about this dirty place.

I found Dr Chris and his office because of the state insurance. They are awesome! I went there defeated, insecure and never wanted to smile! They treated me like family! We made a great plan together and decided to do a full top denture and I could not be happier! I'm so blessed for everyone there! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my smile back! I would like to give them a great 5 star! The people are there are so nice, I took my daughter there for braces, and so far all has been going well. The girls at the front are super nice and professional! Kudos to Jazmine who has been more than helpful everytime I go there!

If I could put a zero star I would!!! I highly recommend do not and I mean DO NOT GO THERE they will mess up ur teeth.

This is a first and the last visit me with my husband to Cicero Dental, the owner Dr. Chris Tsaliagos, that's what the receptionist told us there. We found Chris very bad one, bad morally and professionally, A lot of medical bills for health insurance companies and services he didn't provide. Also, employees are unprofessional because they work with him and doings what he ask of them. They give the information and then come back and say those changes from Chris. As for space, equipment and hygiene, they go back to ancient times and are not suitable in our time. We hope to take deterrent measures for this doctor and the place.

the people here are so rude my appointment was set at 10:30 and they started at 1:00 i got braces don't from here and they were not put on right they don't have many colors to select from. they are very rough and i do not recommend coming here.

Dont go to this forsaken place. 1st my appointment was at 1pm and didnt get seen till 2pm. My visit was for an exam and cleaning. And it took all of 5 mins. I feel as if they just set men in the chair and brushed my teeth for me and missed a couple of teeth. I will not be returning to this place.
