Went for pain in a wisdom tooth that had a cavity (previous place I went for a cleaning sucked and took forever to send referral to get my wisdom teeth out) as well as a loose tooth due to injury. Got me back in within days to get the wisdom tooth removed. Easy and painless and got a referral to an orthodontist.

Cannot reach anyone on the phone anymore if you try calling... Only one secretary to answer phones so she says she doesn't answer phones and speaking from experience even your voicemail might get missed too. The dentist there claimed I should pull 4 teeth in the bottom front to make it easier for a partial denture to replace a couple molars on each side despite there being nothing wrong with 3 of the teeth (one was slightly loose). Messed up two of my fillings, can't floss between two of my teeth from one filling then the other looks terrible and misformed, visibly rough and uneven. He also broke one of the molars when pulling it and then left part of it still in the gum which caused an infection that I later had to go back to get the piece removed. The only redeeming grace of the place is Andrea, who does a lovely job cleaning my teeth and is friendly and caring so now I only go there for teeth cleaning.

These people are ridiculous to get in touch with. I have called 3 times to cancel and reschedule my appointment and no one has called me back.

Booked a regular cleaning get there and they want $66 dor a deep cleaning and refuse to do rwgular cleaning that was scheduled. Been getting run around for entire year. Worst experience with any dentist . hours later and I'm still extremely irate at the experience and ended up walking out without treatment as I felt I was bait and switched.

I just finished the two months process to get new dentures. The dentist, the staff, and everyone I came in contact with we're just exceptional! If I could give you a 100 stars I would!! I am so happy with my results. I Highly recommend this dental office and appreciate all of your hard work. Thanks so much!!

I give this dental office 5 stars and if I could give more I would!! I work at a facility where I am required to ensure my youth be seen by a dentist within 30 days of arrival to our facility and Cicero Dental is the place to go!! Other offices are booked out for months and Cicero is able to schedule within 1 to 3 weeks!! If work needs to be done, they are able to schedule it within the month!! Not only is the office accommodating, the work and the care that they provide is excellent! I have never heard a complaint from any of the children who go there and they all say that their teeth feel and look great after going!! Also, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I have mainly been working with Stephanie, Juan, and Jenna and they all are amazing people to work with and talk to. They are knowledgeable about the dental work and able to answer all of my questions! I have read some reviews where people have voiced that Cicero Dental never answers their phone or calls back and that is simply not true!! Yes, their office is busy like most offices however they ALWAYS return their calls within 24 hours, if not sooner! I HIGHLY recommend this office for all your future dental needs. Thank you Cicero Dental for all that you do!! You guys rock!!

If I could give this office negative stars, I would. Do not even waste your time going here. To name just a few of issues here, the Doctor LOOKED at my tooth, nothing more, and said I needed a root canal. I go to the specialist because Cicero dental has to refer out and can't do it at their office and the specialist says absolutely not. Never had an issue with that tooth again. Thank god the specialist knew what HE was doing. This office NEVER answers the phone and either listens to the voicemails or don't because they never call you back. My son was sick and they required him to have a doctors note just to be seen again because he was a new patient, like people don't get sick?! This office is probably the worst clinic I have ever experienced. I'm not even sure how they are still in business with how unprofessionally it's run. Do yourself a favor and schedule somewhere else.

12/10/21 I went for a basic clean. They rescheduled and made me wait for deep clean instead. At 2/11/22 I asked again and they said they don't do deep clean. They told me they'll refer to me at another dentist. I asked them why when they don't even do deep clean, they made me wait a long time for reschedule. I told them not to lie to your patients. After a couple min, they reschedule my appointment again. I suggest not going there because in overall it's a bad dentist office and I will not go there ever again. They only want the money and they don't take care of their patients.

Was excited to get an appointment so quickly but after being there for only a few minutes I lost all excitement. Okay let's start with x-rays. The person doing them acted like she just came in off the street with no idea of what to do. She put this huge xray in my mouth and kept telling me to open wider... I could not do so. Then was told to use my hand to hold it in place in my mouth. She went to push the xray button and it didn't work. She did this about 4 times and finally got someone to assist her. She held the xray while the other person pushed the button. Now we are doing a pan xray and I just wanted to leave. The girl kept saying to me...are you having fun... I am. She had not one bit of experience in handling the machine. She ended up hitting my shoulder with it. Then she decides to make me stand on a stool... and she once again got someone to assist her. The other person said I did not need to be on the stool. Now the doc comes in and asks what is bothering me. When I tell her she looks at my teeth for about 5 minutes and determines I need a root canal in one tooth and all of my top teeth need to be pulled out. She said make an appointment for a cleaning as that is where we start. I was given no paperwork regarding what I needed done or what the cost was going to be. While making a cleaning appointment with the receptionist all of the lights were shut off. The receptionist yells out loud i am still with a patient. Then the doc and girl who kept asking me if I was having fun yet left the building. I went to another dentist and was told I needed 2 top teeth pulled out not 4 and the bottom tooth is too far gone to do a root canal. I will never set foot in that place again because it wasn't fun at all. In fact I wouldn't go there if they were the only dentist open.

It's not a bad dental place in terms of work or the dentists but the only major problem I have with them is that they don't answer the phone. I've called about 5 times in the past 2 days and have gotten nothing or I hear the phone about to be answered but it gets hung up. I do get the fact it's a very busy place but what if you're calling to cancel an appointment or need to make an urgent appointment?

No stars but in order to post i had no choice,I've been going to this dentist office for years and also took my children here, there is always new doctors and nurses ,they get hired right out of school and a few of them have no idea what they are doing my son had a filling a few weeks ago and is in severe pain so obviously they drilled to far and hit a nerve definently not bringing him back to that place. Have no idea who is giving these so called dental hygienist there degrees ! So if you choose to go here be very careful and if I where you I wouldn't give them the time of day or money ... Good luck

Tried going to this dentist before leaving to find a different one in the area. Staff was nice but I've never had a more unprofessional dental appointment in my life and I couldn't believe I had to actually request the dentist take more than 2 seconds looking at my teeth before walking away with no real solution. I went in with severe tooth pain and was told he wasn't qualified enough to diagnose the problem other than just speculating. Complete waste of my time.

Boy , you really know a place is bad when their only good reviews are from employees trying to get their stars up. Pitiful !! Bad dentistry and even worse MANAGEMENT.

Went here (CDA) since they were close to my new house. I wish I read reviews first. Teeth cleaning was great but then the dentist said an old crown of mine needed replacement. Keep in mind, I had no pain or issue whatsoever at that time. So on my next visit, I was fitted for a new crown, had old one chiseled out and was fitted with a temporary. Waited two weeks for my permanent crown to be made. On next visit, they removed the temporary crown and Lord E Bea, you wanna talk about agonizing pain!? Youch!!!. Dentist looked/decided to wait another week to allow swelling to go down and told me to gargle with salt water for a week. I'm sent home with a throbbing, bloodied mouth grip with temporary cement on the new crown. So I gargled with salt water 3 times daily and realized the pain/sensitivity had not improved and actually gotten worse after a few days. I call to ask if I can come in sooner and they said no... Keep in mind it's going on 3 weeks where I can't chew on one side of my mouth due to sharp pain. finally decided to call my previous dentist and they get me in immediately. So the dentist at CDA apparently drilled too deep and now I need a root canal. I had to drive 45 minutes to my former dentist but its worth it. Out of respect, I called CDA back to apologize, cancel my appointment and also to advise I was now going to my old dentist again. the woman who answered "jasmine" had a baffling response: "the dentist is human. He left at 1 today". She had no "I'm sorry you're in pain" or "I understand why you called your previous dentist for a second opinion" response. Instead, she warned me she'd have to talk to her manager to see if i could ever be seen at their office again. I felt like I was in the twilight zone: CDA will scare you and put you on their naughty list if you decide to go elsewhere? Never did I question if the dentist at CDA was from planet earth but hopefully he wasn't in pain like I was. So if you choose to visit 'Cicero Dental Associates', the dentist is apparently a human being, but the person who answers the phone doesn't have much empathy for human beings.

This is the only medical/dental place I've even known that if you don't confirm the appointment they cancel it. They give you 1.5 hours on a work day to call back otherwise your appointment is cancelled. ????Confused by this practice???

Really disappointed. I am adamant about my 6 month cleanings and take very good care of my teeth, so I was surprised when the hygienist told me I had bone loss and advanced stages of recession and deep pockets resulting in mandatory scaling and special cleanings. I had been to the Dentist just 5 months prior elsewhere and this was never mentioned. I was told I was no longer a candidate for the basic cleanings, but rather, I now had to have special cleanings AFTER I complete a 4 quadrant scaling. When I pushed back they insisted that there was no way they could do basic cleanings based on how advanced my situation was. I completed the treatments and decided to go elsewhere because I did not like how pushy (and expensive) the office was. My health insurance assisted me with questions about my bill, she called the office for me and was told she could not speak to the billing department by the receptionist. She reiterated she was from Excellus and was assisting a patient but continued to meet with opposition from the girl who answered the call. I paid my bill and moved on (my appts. for scaling were 3/2 and 4/20). In July i went to my new dentist where they did not only a basic cleaning but informed me that there is no way I would have required the scaling and subsequent cleanings every 3 months as suggested by the Staff at Cicero Dental. In not so many words, they informed me the practice misled me into unnecessary procedures. I am glad i am no longer a patient, but upset that i gave them so much of my money because insurance does not cover the cost of the procedures they deemed necessary for my oral health.
