She is a deans faculty member at the University of Maryland. She also completed her general practice residency at the Medical Center Affiliate of Albert Ernestine School of Medicine, Queens, New York. Dr. Shahry successfully completed the Residency in Implant Dentistry program from the University of Puerto Rico.
Dr. Shahry is an active member of the American Dental Association and Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Maryland State Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Harford Implant Study Club, and the American Association for Women Dentists.

All of the staff are super nice- I actually don't mind going to the dentist like I used to before finding this office!! My hygienist is very gentle but super thorough with cleaning! She is really good at recommending dental products she has personally tried herself and gives great tips and advice!! The dentist is also excellent- needed a few small cavities filled and was dreading it but everything went much better than expected and was pain free! Everyone there makes a great team!!

Knowledgeable and experienced staff and assistants. The front desk is super nice and explains deductibles in a kindly fashion. Dr. T. Brown, DDS is superb. Knowledgeable, Kind, gentle. She explains procedures thoroughly. No question is too small. I feel like I'm in very capable hands.

As always, this office excels in every way possible. I have had a few fillings and some extractions performed here over the years. Of special mention is Carrie, who cleans my teeth every 6 months and is the best of the best! Highly recommend the Churchville Family Dentistry for all your families dental needs!!

Dr. Shahry & her staff couldn't be a kinder or more compassionate group of people! Pregnancy sickness 30 years ago began a weakening & deteriorating of my teeth that I am still dealing with. (My children, the gifts that keep in giving!!!) Unfortunately, we had a period of time w/o dental insurance & my teeth developed one serious problem after another. When I saw Dr. Shahry the other day, she couldn't have been sweeter as she assured me things would be ok & that she'd get my teeth & mouth back on track! As embarrassed & overwhelmed as I was when I walked in, I ended up leaving with hugs, smiles & a payment plan I can afford as I begin getting things fixed. This is lovely practice with great people that I couldn't recommend more!! Thank you Dr. Shahry & staff, you make it easy to "go the dentist!"
