I've been going to this dentist Ofc for a little over a year now and my experience with the service gets better and better with each visit. The people are very courteous. I had several issues for my first visit and I was petrified and they were both patient and understanding. Although the Dentistry is not a part of my insurance network I will pay out of pocket before I move to another Ofc. Thank you

Everyone at this office is sweet and caring. I bring my toddler here and I really appreciate how they are with her. They take the time to explain things and are patient as well.

As always, my visit was terrific and the care I received from Doctor Churchman and her staff during my checkup is excellent! I really feel good about going to Dr Mary Churchman because they treat me like I matter! Blessings to you all, Doctor Churchman and Staff!

Had an abscess on my back upper tooth and had it extracted. Dr Roberts was wonderful. Her staff was so friendly and professional. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Churchman and Roberts dentistry..

Each visit is a reaffirmation of what an efficient well-run dentist ofice should be. Shannon is a caring and professional staff member who does a wonderful job with my six month check up and her engaging personality goes a long way in helping allay my inborn fear of dentist visits. The entire staff is welcoming and I give the visit 5 gold stars. Thanks for everything you do to help me stay healthy.

Dr. Churchman and Dr. Roberts are both awesome. I have always been pleased with the work they do and they are both very conscientious. They make patients feel comfortable and their staff is great! I highly recommend these two wonderful Ladies!!

Over the past 9 years or so my hygienist, Melissa, has always been more than pleasant. Truly professional and personable. She shows she cares about her patients teeth & their family by remembering events, names etc. I'm thankful to have her. The ladies who greet/schedule behind the counter are a welcome face as well. It's like the tv site com, Cheers, without the alcohol. They know your name. And the Docs. They too, are friendly & professional. Always willing to take that extra minute to listen to a story or tell you about their weekend, motorcycles, kids or check on your teeth. Mrs. Churchman's office has always been lead with great leadership/ atmosphere, and with Mrs. Roberts on board the mix hasn't changed. Enjoy them both. An added pro- the 80s / soft Rock music while being worked on! TS

All of the staff was friendly, attentive, and proficient. Dr. Roberts was kind, compassionate, and explained everything very clearly. The music was awesome!!! :-)

I had a great dental experience and was treated with the utmost care and concern for my fear of dentistry. The staff was amazing and made sure I was comfortable during my appointment. Dr. Katie was great and her dental assistant Riley made sure I knew about my post-care treatment before I left the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Mary and Dr. Katie for your dental needs!

Once again, Dr. Mary S. Churchman, DDS (and her staff) did not disappoint. On June 7, 2022, I went in for my final permanent crown (central incisor) placement. I was immediately checked in at the front desk by Roxanne. Roxanne has been so thorough (since my first appointment in early April) with billing and any insurance questions I had. She went above and beyond contacting my insurance company concerning benefits and coverage. Roxanne contacted them several times to verify detailed information about claims. She would contact me and give me information she was provided with regarding coverage for the dental services. Thank you Roxannne. Within five minutes, Tiffney came and took me back. She prepped me, told me exactly what she was doing and answered the few questions I had. Dr. Churchman (not only professional, but always friendly) came in, explained the procedure of removing the temporary crown and permanently cementing the porcelain crown in place. Even though she told me on April 28th how the final porcelain crown was going to be a perfect match (size and color) to the central incisor next to it, she explained that to me again (reassurance). Dr. Churchman, at that point proceeded to do her dental magic! Before the cementing began, I was given a mirror to look at the placement (size and color). I was not disappointed! I asked if my husband could come back and look at it before she proceeded any further. He was amazed at how it perfectly matched the one next to it! At that point, Dr. Churchman finished her dental magic! So, I am 100% pleased with Dr. Mary S. Churchman and her phenomenal expertise and knowledge regarding dental services. At my previous appointments, Sam prepped me for my dental procedures. At this appointment, she came in to see me. She was excited for me, and she could tell I was very pleased with the final crown. Sam and Tiffney are very professional and knowledgeable dental assistants. So, again I highly recommend Dr. Mary S. Churchman and her dental staff (Churchman & Roberts Dentistry, LLC; Lake Charles, LA).

Did not get good service, practically said I'm not waisting my time on making sure the dentures fit right because the way your gums are made, she didn't even give me the time of day. If you have big gums don't go there.

I have had many teeth filled in my lifetime. However, today, I received my first filling by Dr. Mary Churchman. It was absolutely the easiest filling procedure I have ever had, no pain with any part of it.
