This includes finding the underlying sources of disease, modifying aspects of behavior you can change, and listening to your concerns to develop your personalized plan toward achieving better oral health. We love spending time with you and doing our best to provide you with great care!
Some patients are fearful of dental care but delaying treatment often causes more discomfort and expense. While medication can be given, we proceed at a pace comfortable to you so you are in control. One little thing that helps: Breathing. We teach you how to breathe correctly because when you don't breathe, it signals your mind that something is wrong, thus creating more anxiety and discomfort. Dont ever be ashamed of not seeing the dentist for a period of time or neglecting your teeth. We are here to help you, not judge you.
Have you ever had a rash develop around your mouth after seeing the dentist or blowing up a balloon? It may be a latex allergy and it would be wise to have allergy testing. Some people develop a severe, often debilitating allergy to latex. This is more common in people who have a history of allergies, had multiple surgeries or work in the medical field, since increased exposure to latex places people at risk. The products we use are latex-free, giving allergy sufferers peace of mind.

Absolutely the most thorough, comprehensive, and patient doctor and exam that I have EVER had with any dentist. Dr. Churchill was personable, kind, and very thorough. She greeted me by name on my first visit as did the entire staff. Jill at the front desk is also the nicest person you will ever talk to. Hope to stay with this practice for years to come!

Absolutely the most thorough, comprehensive, and patient doctor and exam that I have EVER had with any dentist. Dr. Churchill was personable, kind, and very thorough. She greeted me by name on my first visit as did the entire staff. Jill at the front desk is also the nicest person you will ever talk to. Hope to stay with this practice for years to come!

I'm a roofer. in the begin of October. i fell off a two story roof, in the rain. over twenty feet . landing on my head(face)top of shoulders. and crumpling to the ground. i damaged my cervical spin (neck). shattered several vertebra in my thoracic spine(in-between my shoulder blades)also damaged my teeth.shattered several below the gum line. lost my cap and the tooth it was attached to. split and chipped several others, yes i had cavities. and needed fillings. no my teeth weren't perfect. but i had teeth and they could of been fixed. Workers comp. even after i told them they were not perfect and i had cavities, and had started to get abscess. offered to fix my teeth. and made me an appointment with Churchill Dentistry.and told me what a reputable dentist she was. after her examination. which was almost a half a year later and cavities had started to form in the teeth that split and chipped and had no cavities before the two story fall, and the teeth with cavities that just needed fillings. and now are nothing but cavities. And broken below the gum line. she informed workers comp. that my teeth were weak, and broke due to the cavities, and not the two story face plant. now workers comp. will not repair my teeth.and now I'm left with a mouth full of broken teeth. full of cavities. she wouldn't even prescribe me an antibiotic to help clear up the abscess. i suppose my vertebra were week also. even if my teeth were perfect. after a fall from that height they would of broke and shattered anyway. i don't care what her opinion was. if she could not of fix them. she should of recommended me to an orthopedic surgeon. or a maxiillofacial surgeon which i was referred to in the first place. doctors are suppose to help people. i would not recommend her to my worst enemy. what a horrible person she is. don't waste your time or money dealing with her. I'm really impressed with Dr. Churchill! I have never had such a thorough dentist and I was surprised how detail-oriented she is. She explained what work needed to be done and reassured me about everything. Jill, the woman working the front desk, is very on top of things in terms of paperwork and insurance claims. Jill is sweet, comforting, and I loved talking to her! I look forward to future appointments and starting on my journey to better health. Thanks to you both!

Dr. Churchill is a very kind, compassionate, personable, and competent dentist. The receptionist, Jill, and dental hygienist, Kim, are also wonderful! I highly recommend Churchill Family Dentistry!

She is honest, intelligent, thinks out of box and is very good at her work. If there is any dentist in Tampa I would refer it will be her. Thinks all possibilities which other dentists never thought of to provide best solution. One of a kind. She will understand your situation and work accordingly. i am totally impressed. With her

I brought both of my children to Dr. Churchill for their first visit to the dentist. She made it a wonderful experience for both of them. Now they look forward to going.
