Dr. Chu is my mentor and friend. I am impressed with her peerless integrity and attention to detail. She is meticulous, and truly cares about each patient, from thoroughly communicating with her patients regarding their treatment options, to being mindful of achieving the best result with the minimal amount of radiography required. She is an excellent clinician with decades of experience, but also a humble human being who believes in lifelong learning. She is the only Dr I know who goes above and beyond (one example would be she often takes the radiographs herself instead of having her assistants do it, another example would be she will call you to check on you personally). She takes her time to make sure her treatment is evidence based and high quality. If you want the fastest treatment she's not for you. If you just want the cheapest treatment look elsewhere. But if you want attentive, meticulous, evidence-based care that gives your body the best chance at healing (at fair fees), she's the Dr. I asked her if she asks for Google reviews as it's all about the reviews in this day and age. She said she doesn't like bothering the patients with that and when she has grateful patients who insist to review, she directs them to her testimonial page. I tell her folks usually just look at reviews and probably won't stumble upon her page.... but that's how she does things - I guess that's why there's not that many reviews here even though I know she does impressive work. I respect her as a clinician and an honest human being. If I ever need any work done on myself or my family, I might just consider driving to Dallas to have her do it :)

Dr. Chu, Dr. Chu, Dr Chu : where can I begin. This was 2 years ago and I've been bad about writing reviews. I was referred to Dr. Chu by my dentist Dr. Cindy Phan. I am in the car business and was working when I had pain I've never had before. I wanted to just pull that tooth my self and just hated the pain. She got me in after hours at 7:45 PM when she was closed and I got out at 10:00 at night but the fact she and her assistant came in to take care of my root canal meant the world to me. Thank you so much for everything you did for me

I used to dental assist so I am familiar with dental procedures and how they performed. I was referred to Dr Chu to have my first root canal done and I was extremely anxious considering I had never had a root canal done. I want to say Dr. Chu was AMAZING from before I arrived to her office until days after my procedure. She explained each step of the process and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond to assist me with my anxiety while I was there. She helped me with breathing exercises to control my anxiety. She called me for the next couple of days just to make sure I was doing ok. THANK YOU DR CHU!

Was referred to Dr. Chu because I had a bad infection and needed a root canal. She is incredibly thorough and explains the issue and what needs to be done. She even showed me the abcess on the xrays & catscan. The root canal was my first, and I was really nervous, so she allowed me to take a sedative pill before the procedure. I didn't feel a thing, and she even managed to save the crown, which will save me money. I'm so surprised and pleased by my experience with Dr. Chu. She's Amazing.

i want to give her minus 100 if I can! Just went to her place today afternoon. There are a lot of other good doctors out there. No need to waste your money and risky your own teeth there.

Probably the most outstanding Dr. experience I have ever had she called multiple time to check up on me and she went out of her way to get me in for work after hours. Just a great overall experience, caring, nice, cheap, perfect.
