Dr. Dely Young was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. She received her D.M.D. from the University of the East College of Dentistry. After living in New York City and Connecticut, Dr. Young and her husband Neil moved to California in 1985. The next year, they opened up Dr. Young's very own private dental practice on 2nd Avenue in Downtown San Mateo. Neil designed the small office, and the first patients were their family and friends in the area.Dr. Young is passionate about helping people achieve functional and beautiful smiles via orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, which she first incorporated in her practice in 1990.

Dr. Annie Mach was born and raised in the Bay Area. She received her B.S. in Molecular Environmental Biology at UC Berkeley (Go Bears!) and her D.M.D. at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. After having been on the East Coast for a few years, she is glad to be back in the Bay to provide care to this wonderful community.

Dr. Ashley Chan was born and raised in the San Mateo area where she attended North Elementary School, Crocker Middle School, and Aragon High School. After receiving her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from UC Irvine, she returned home and briefly taught high school math and science.

Dr. Chan started her dental career as Dr. Young and Dr. Cus assistant before attending the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. She is overjoyed to be back at Young Dental Group as a dentist working alongside her mentors.

Dr. Chrystle Cu grew up in the San Mateo area, where she attended the Nueva School, Crocker Middle School, and Crystal Springs Uplands School. She received her B.A. in Chemistry at Wellesley College, and her D.D.S. at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco.

Aside from being prevention-obsessed, Dr. Cu is particularly interested in helping patients discover and understand the connection between their oral health and overall health. In her non-clinical time, she keeps up with
