Dental hygienists, Tricia Stanley and Jeanie Holliday are co-founders of Chrysalis Oral Health Care Alliance (COHCA). Their passion and determination to deliver oral health care to the underserved population of Middle Tennessee is as deep as their roots in dentistry.With a combined 40 years of oral health experience, the two met while working at the same private practice in Nashville. Their work was rewarding and their patients were well cared for.However, they often wondered about those they were unable to care for-those without a dental home or who lacked access to care. Who was educating them? Who was providing treatment to them? How could they, as two hygienists, service such a large underserved population?Jeanie and Tricia also knew that the lack of oral health care could lead to life threatening conditions. Their thoughts and concerns for underserved populations continued to grow. They decided it was time to take action.In 2017, Jeanie and Tricia launched Chrysalis Oral Health Care Alliance (COHCA), giving them a vehicle to deliver their compassionate and patient-centered service beyond the doors of private practice. They designed COHCA to succeed through experience, creativity, and vision. Above all else, these two are fully invested in it with giving hearts that will not stop fighting for the underserved to have access to oral care.
Chrysaliss leadership consists of clinical and business minded hygienists. With Jeanies thirty plus years of extensive clinical background, she will serve as the Secretary of Chrysalis and will hold the title and responsibility of Clinical Director. Tricia has both a clinical and administrative business background and will serve as the CEO and Operations Director for Chrysalis. Together, Tricia and Jeanie have both the knowledge and experience to lead Chrysalis forward in the community.
The Board is comprised of healthcare administrators and business experts who will provide knowledge and support on a regular basis to the patient centered programs being delivered. An Advisory Board, consisting of six to ten members of the community, will be formed to serve as an advisory counsel to the board of directors. A local Dentist who shares in the mission of Chrysalis will serve as the Vice President and will hold the title and responsibility of Dental Director.

I had a great experience with them. They are affordable. And do a financial plan if you need that. If something was not to my liking. They did everything in their power to make me happy. Highly recommend.

10/10 Loved the staff and dentists! They are very professional and knowledgeable. Honestly, the most gentle and friendly dentist office I've ever been to. I highly recommend and will be going back for sure! Thanks Chrysalis oral staff!

Recently went here for a tooth that was hurting and a teeth cleaning. The dentist were really helpful and payed attention to my needs and helped my hurting tooth. It has been a couple days and my tooth feels a lot better. I can definitely recommend for anybody who are looking for a good dentist. Staff was also very nice and friendly!

Rude and unprofessional. If I hadnt known it was a dentist office I would've thought I called McDonald's.... The person answering the phone obviously doesn't know whats going on there and is clueless.

These people are amazing. This was the best dental experience I've ever had. They were prompt, informative and just down right nice to deal with; all the way from the reception to the dental assistant to the doctor and to billing. Keep up the great work, y`all are truly a blessing.

Literally, the most prompt, courteous, and FUN dentist appointment I've ever had!!!! Also the least painful!! Nourisha was a blast! I will definitely be back in six months.

Very polite but very disorganized. Even though their prices are reasonable I would not recomend it to anybody. My wife went in for a filler crown to cover an open space from a missing tooth and ended up with a worse problem than what she had before. Now she is having to go yo a different dentist to fix Chrysalis work!!

I love going to the dentist again. The staff actually listened to me and shared the best treatment for what I was trying to accomplish. I can't thank you enough.

Went here for an extraction and while I did not have any issues with the extraction itself, there were several issues with billing (the office staff tried to charge me for a more expensive procedure prior to verifying it with the actual dentist). That was corrected only to discover that the price for an extraction on the lowest level of the sliding scale (since I had VERY little income!), was actually still almost twice as much as my local dentist charges for an extraction. I went here to save money because they advertise themselves as being on a sliding scale but that's very misleading since the regular prices seems to be inflated to compensate for the "sliding scale." I would recommend finding out EXACTLY how much a service would be BEFORE having it done here.
