As a former patient who has already wrote a review I wanted to leave a little update for anyone who is deciding weather to go here. PLEASE I BEG YOU DO NOT! My 4 year old child now has 4 missing top front teeth due to this womens poor poor work. She left gaps with her teeth exposed when placing crowned. She proceeded to blame any and everything except herself. We are devastated that my daughter now has to deal with not having teeth. Well before she was even due to lose her first tooth she will now be missing 4. I can't even explain how horrific this has been. Losing a tooth is now a traumatic event for my child and this dentist has ruined any fun or excitement that normally comes with losing a tooth. Please do your children a favor and find someone better. At the very least get a second opinion before allowing her to touch your childs teeth. I attempted to get past the horrible work she did and we tried to move on but the aftermath of her work is still haunting us. It took me a while to realize that I needed to take the next step of submitting a complaint with the dental board and I urge anyone else who has experienced the bad and unnecessary work she does to submit a claim. Its unacceptable that poor dentists get away with things that someone else has to live with. My daughter should not have to be dealing with this, she is a child. She trusted us as her parents and we have failed by trusting this women.

This used to be a nice practice. Their billing is all messed up. They erroneously billed me for treatment that wasn't approved. They keep saying they will remove the charge however, I've spoken with two people repeatedly in their office about it when I can get through on the phone lines and face to face. They assured me each time the charge will be removed, but I'm still receiving bills and having to deal with the mess months later. Save the headache and use a different pediatric dentist.

I haven't been to the dentist in quite some time so when I went into Dr. Haffners office I was very nervous. The staff were very welcoming! They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Christy herself was amazing! Super helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I couldn't have had a better experience in a dentist office and highly recommend going here! :)

My daughter got the most beautiful crowns at this dentist. She smiles more now. Her teeth were turning black but Dr Christy fixed then. Happy mom.

Seriously, do not take your children here. Dr. Haffner was rude and inpatient with us each time we saw her. She told my very anxious 6 year old to hurry up and get in the chair because she had a schedule to keep the very first time she saw us. The office manager is also very rude and uninformative. Everything about our experience with Dr. Haffner's office felt unwelcoming, cold, and deceptive. Not to mention my son now has unnaturally white crowns on two of his front teeth. This is a person who has no business working with children!

I waited to do this review to make sure I was honest, there staff is understanding and personable. My daughter requires A lot of patients and that was never a problem but let's talk about the dental work Perfection!! beautiful sturdy clean neat work with clear Communication she is not pushy she is understanding and honest I will never go to another dentist for my 4yr old I will always make the hour plus drive it's so worth it my only regret was not going to this office first.

I was referred to them by my son's dentist because he needed fillings done in his two upper front teeth . They referred me out because he was too little and they don't do sedation on kids . I went to this place that I was referred to and doctor did the exam on my son and she said that he need two crowns on those two front teeth ,she didn't even said fillings she was more concentrated on telling me he needed crowns. I was in shocked because at the other office they only said fillings and I told the doctor why does he need crowns is the decay deep enough for him to need crowns? All she said was "I been doing this for so many years I know what I'm doing." Lucky for me I myself am a dental assistant and my gut told me his cavities where not to deep so I decided to take him somewhere else for second opinion and Dental Now for Kids agreed to him not needing crowns the doctor even told me he was glad I didn't allow him to get crowns because they were not necessary. Some places all they want to do is squeeze out your insurance on what ever they can especially if its the first time going to a dentist. I don't recommend this practice at all . Don't let your little ones go through a procedure that they don't need . I'm not saying that they all don't need it but mommas just make sure they don't give your child unnecessary treatment.

Wonderful office. My son now has beautiful teeth. Dr Christy was so caring and my son loved the whole office. We were told to just pull his front teeth but the Dr fixed them. We are so happy!!!!!

I actually drove an hour to go to this dentist. My daughter (6) had a wonderful experience. She loves the office, of course. The staff were also incredibly wonderful and kind. My daughter had bottom two front teeth that had come in needed more room and were going crooked, so a baby tooth extraction was even on the list. We had a prior bad experience at another dentist (full on screaming during because she said she could feel everything, freakouts for days afterwards, nightmares etc) and so I was extremely nervous about taking her back to a dentist especially with the work needed. However Dr Haffner and her staff listened to my concerns and took extra time to settle my nerves and keep my daughter upbeat. It went quickly, and my daughter came out totally happy and normal. It was such a relief and means so much to me. I honestly cannot express how happy I was with our treatment, both the dentistry and as people.

Very friendly staff... My daughter has the most beautiful smile now thanks to Dr. Haffner and her wonderful staff... They take the time to talk to parents got down on my daughter's level... The office is amazing makes for overall great experience...

I made a review about a year ago about the horrible work that was done on my then 2 year old daughter. Here I am one year later with even more confirmation that they did a horrible job on my daughters 4 crowns, causing her to now need those 4 very front teeth extracted. They put the crowns on crooked and with gaps at the top of each of them. These people have no business with good reviews. I have three kids who go there and two with horrible experiences. Parents aren't allowed back so it's harder for you to notice but they are careless and have no patience or compassion with these kids. Give it time and you will all be changing your reviews

This Dentistry was by far the best children's dentistry I've ever taken my children to. I've been to a lot of children's dentist, as I have 3 boys. Dr. Haffner is amazing, and her staff are not only incredibly kind and gentle with the children, but very transparent and informative with me as a parent.

Such a great atmosphere. Dr. Christy Haffner and her staff really take the time to make going to the dentist a great experience for kids.
