Dr. Christopher A. Sorokolit is a board-certified orthodontic specialist for children and adults. He attended Baylor College of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1986. He earned a masters degree and completed an orthodontic residency at the University of Oklahoma in 1989. Dr. Sorokolit has been in private practice in Fort Worth, specializing in orthodontics, since 1989.
Dr. Chris Sorokolit and his wife, Kelly, have been married since 1984. They have four sons. In his spare time, Dr. Sorokolit enjoys playing tennis, backpacking, skiing, painting, coaching and traveling with his family.
Dr. Sorokolit currently serves as senior orthodontist on the cleft palate team at Cook Fort Worth Childrens Hospital. He has authored several clinical and scientific articles that have been published in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Journal of Oklahoma Dental Association. He has been a teacher/lecturer for several dental and orthodontic groups (including the Southwest Society of Orthodontists, Dallas Orthodontic Study Club, Residency Program - Center for Facial Malformation at John Peter Smith Hospital, Grand Rounds at Cooks Childrens Hospital and more).
Dr. Sorokolit is a specialist in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics and treats children, teens and adults. He emphasizes interceptive treatment (preventing problems in growing children from becoming worse) as well as dentofacial orthopedics (changing how jaws are growing). His wide range of treatment modalities allow him to customize treatment for his patients' individual needs for the most ideal correction and a beautiful SOROKOLIT SMILE.
To stay knowledgeable of the most current orthodontic procedures and technology, Dr. Sorokolit maintains memberships with the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southwest Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association and the Fort Worth District Dental Society.

Our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. Amy has been an assistant with Dr. Sorokolit since 2007. She loves starting and ending her day at work seeing all of the big smiles on all of our patients faces. Amy has 2 sisters and 2 brothers proudly serving our country in the Air Force. She is a Sunday school teacher, she enjoys time with her niece and nephews and bike riding by the river.Brenda has been in the orthodontic field since 1994 and has been working for Dr. Sorokolit since 2016. She is very thankful to be apart of a great orthodontic team. She has been happily married to her husband since 1991 and they have 2 children together. In her spare time Brenda enjoys going to the movies, antique shopping, and going to classic car shows.Cassidy has been an assistant for Dr. Sorokolit since 2014, she enjoys working with kids and adults of all ages and getting to know our patients. Her favorite time of the year is summer so that she can enjoy lake days and playing sand volleyball with family and friends. She likes hunting, camping, and hiking in her free time with her 2 dogs.Deb has been an assistant for Dr. Sorokolit since 1992. She is privileged to be working where she can see children and adults experience the same positive changes in their smile that she once did. When shes not ask work she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her favorite things to do are visit waterfalls and/or snorkeling at a beautiful beach. Deb has been married since 1998 with 1 beautiful daughter.Debbie has been in the orthodontic field since 1995, but has been working for Dr. Sorokolit since 2008. She loves spending her days at work seeing our new patients and forming lasting relationships. Outside of the office she enjoys being with family and friends. She likes spending time outdoors, traveling and being poolside. Debbie has been blessed with 3 children and 1 granddaughter.Misti has been an assistant for Dr. Sorokolit since 2014. She enjoys working with people and helping them with their smiles. She is a sports enthusiast who loves to travel. Misti has been married since 2000, and has 3 children. 'Boomer Sooner'Rosie has been in the orthodontic field since 2009, she has been happily been working for Dr. Sorokolit since 2014. She loves meeting and interacting with all of our patients and watching as their smiles transform throughout their treatment. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.Secilia has been in the orthodontic field since 2000, and has been with Dr. Sorokolit since 2012. She has been happily married to her husband since 1999 and they share 2 boys. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family outdoors. She is also a die hard Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys fan. 'How bout them Cowboys'Stephanie has been blessed to become apart of Dr. Sorokolit's office since 2008. She enjoys watching our patients progress as they come in for treatment, and is grateful to work in a fun and caring environment. She is happily married and has 3 children. In her spare time she likes to play golf, bike ride, and spending time with family and friends.Teresa has been working for Dr. Sorokolit since 1997. She is an Air Force veteran and has been happily married since 1990 with 1 son. Her hobbies outside of the office include quilting, working, and beaching it with friends and family. Teresa is from Wisconsin and is a Green Bay Packer fan. 'Go Pack Go'Vivian was Dr. Sorokolit's first orthodontic assistant and has been working for him since 1989. After assisting she became his insurance coordinator for many years. It brings her great joy to see past patients now return with their own children. Viv now works part time helping with what needs to be done around the office.
