Dr. Santay and his staff are friendly and good at what they do. With the exception of two retirements and two replacements, his staff has been together since I first came to the practice over 15 years ago, that says a lot!

The staff here are fantastic! I had a bad experience with dentists in the past that gave me PTSD type anxiety. They were very patient with me and have earned my trust. I appreciate the care they have taken with me to get my procedures done. For anyone with anxiety about dentists, THIS is the place to come and have your fears conquered.

Excellent dentist, hygienist and overall service. Lovely office and views out the windows directly in front of the patient exam chairs. I couldn't ask for more. I understand that Dr. Santay is also the dentist for the Syracuse University Athletic Dept. and the Syracuse Crunch hockey team. And lately, he makes your crowns right there in the office. No waiting for a third party manufacturer. How cool is that. I'm a very satisfied 71-year old customer who's been a patient here for many years. My wife, too.
