Dr. Chae is Rude and rough with procedures. Doesn't explain why he can't do the work that other dentist say he should be fixing. Please don't choose him. You will wish you didn't.

How do you relax in a dentist chair during a root canal? He has a bad attitude and rude.

Most traumatic dentist experience I've ever had. I'm 21 years old and have always been scared of the dentist but he put my fear at a whole new level when he was doing my root canal he was extremely rough and was forcing his whole fist in my mouth. I was crying and shaking while squeezing my boyfriends hand because I was terrified. And because of how aggressive he was, I left with a stretched out/rubbed raw lip and cheek. He refused to explain the procedure and was extremely rude throughout the entire visit. Would NOT recommend anyone go to this dentist. You're better off with someone else.

went to Dr Chae to get 2 implants installed.a few day after my appointment I noticed that my implants we not secured and were wiggling when I would eat. I went back to Dr. Chae's office to fix my implants and he had refused that my implants were moving and was yelling at me, the patient and he rejected to help fix my implants. I visited a different dentist the next day they happily helped secure and fix my implants. as someone who spend a great deal of money and in return getting no help for what I payed for was truly disappointing and not fair.

Horrible dentist please don't go here. He literally just tells us it was too complicated to explain and yelled at us. Worst dentist ever to go to. Don't waste your money. He treats his patients horrifically and has had to do my root filing twice since he couldn't do it right in the first place.
