Dr. Rossow and his staff are absolutely wonderful, I would recommend this office to anyone. I broke a my tooth afterhours and they called me @ 730a the next morning and got me in within the hour and got me taken care of even if it took 2 hours to get the tooth out. Thank you again Dr. Rossow :)

There's a difference between being honest and berating someone. We went to Dr. Rossow because our current pediatric dentist was not treating us well. I was looking forward to having good care for my kids. As soon as he walked in, he wanted to know why we didn't go to our dentist. And made assumptions that I couldn't pay for the visit. He ridiculed the state of my daughter's teeth (which I was well aware of) and basically scolded me for it all in the room with my 10 yr old daughter. I was beyond humiliated and embarrassed to have to walk out of the office. I just wanted to sink through the floor. When confronted, he stated he wasn't sorry for being honest. He's beyond arrogant and I'm shocked by all of the good reviews on here.

I've been a patient at Dr. Rossow's office for several years. Every time I visit the office I'm always impressed with the personal attention I receive. The office staff, hygienist and Dr. Rossow are very knowledgeable and always gentle. I was especially impressed this last visit. I was one if the first appointments when the office reopened after being closed for COVID-19. I felt the extra care and precautions were excellent. The entire office was very professional and prepared. I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend making a visit to Waterfront Family Dental.
