Dr. Christopher M. Granillo earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Northern Arizona University. He then pursued his passion and continued his education by attending dental school at the University of Iowa, graduating in 2004. Dr. Granillo has been practicing in the area for over a decade. He regularly takes continuing education courses to keep abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry. Dr. Granillo has received advanced training in several areas, including dental implant training through Hiossen, a restorative course at the Zimmer Institute, and a forensic odontology course from IACME. Dr. Granillo is a member of the American Dental Association, the Southern Arizona Dental Society, the International Association of Coroners & Medical Examiners, the International Academy of Gnathology, the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Pima Dental Study Club. Dr. Granillo strives to provide the highest quality of dental care in the most minimally invasive manner and to achieve optimum oral health for every patient in a comfortable and trusting environment.
Dr. Granillo is a Native Tucsonan. He is Hispanic, bilingual and bicultural. He and his beautiful wife, Brenda, have two English Bull Terriers: Maisy and Capo Valentino. They still miss their dearly departed canine companions, Maya and Petey, who were their loyal friends for years. In his spare time, Dr. Granillo enjoys outdoor activities including camping, fishing, and ATV riding. He also loves spending time with his wife, dogs and family.
Harmony earned her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2012 from Pima Community College and graduated with honors. She joined our team in 2018, after Dr. William Becker retired, an international renowned Periodontist, where she served as the lead hygienist. Harmony has volunteered her time given back to the community by participating in Give Kids a Smile Day and Hopefest. Harmony and her husband Daniel are delighted to welcome their daughter Hayley into the family.
Jenni earned her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2017 from Mesa Community College and graduated with honors. Jenni is trained in Tobacco Cessation, CAMBRA caries management by risk assessment, and Nutritional Counseling. She is concurrently working on her Bachelors degree in Public Health at the University of Arizona, while working in our office to help patients achieve and maintain optimum oral health.
Alma graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2007 and has over twelve years experience as a dental assistant. Alma makes sure our patients feel comfortable, whether its by getting a pillow for their neck, getting them a blanket, or just staying in the room talking to them and getting to know them while we wait for Dr. Christopher Granillo. She loves being a part of our practice because of our team works well together, helps and support each other; our patients see that and Im honored to be part of a team that genuinely cares, values, respects, and treats every patient like family. In her spare time, Alma enjoys photography, traveling and loves spending time with her husband, Mario and her beautiful daughter, Emilia.
Judith studied expanded duties at the University of Florida. She has more than 35 years of experience in dentistry and has been a part of our team for 7 years. Judith is proud to be part of a caring office family that gives excellent dentistry to our patient family. Judith is the mother of two and the grandmother of five. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, sewing, cooking, and camping.
