The office manager Nadia has horrible customer service and I will be filing a formal complaint with the state after my interaction with her. There's plenty of dentist near Steele Creek and Fort Mill if Nadia had not wasted my time updating my insurance to their location I would not have made the attempts to have my son seen there.

Like many healthcare facilities, masks are still required (not a problem). Well, I forgot mine and asked if they had extras. They did...for a $5 charge! When I asked why they were charging $5 for a 15 cent mask (I just checked and you can actually get a box of 100 for less than $10 on Amazon) Dr. Anene got an attitude and said they were required by the government, and he is a small business and can't supply them for people. I explained I understood all of that and that I wasn't questioning why I had to wear one, I was questioning the mark up. Then he says, next time bring your own. When I said there won't be a next time, he responds, good. Let me also mention, at the start of COVID there was an extra $10 equipment or supply fee. I had been going to this dentist for about 10 years with no issues, but since COVID they have been taking advantage of their patients. Disappointing. I loved my hygienist.

My family has been going here for quite awhile. Everyone has been wonderful, they're very friendly. As far as them wearing a hazmat suit, they're in peoples mouths all day so i dont blame them for protecting themselves & i feel they're also protecting us. I thank them for what they do.

Not a patient BUT these Branch covidians wont even let you come inside; greet you at the door in a full hazmat suit... I see it every time I'm visiting the surrounding businesses.

I have been a patient of Dr. Anene's office for 12 years and they by far have always provide great client services to my Mother and myself. In the last couple of years, this pandemic has had such a toll on our community and his office is doing what they NEED to, not only to protect themselves and their families while they are working, but to also protect us. So if that means that when I walk into this establishment and the ladies are there to greet me and explain to me why they have on protective gear, I'm all in. Dr. Anene and his staff understand that they have an obligation to their patients to keep them safe!!!! And to me, that means everything. Especially as a patient with an underlining anemia that can cause death if exposed to COVID. I will not risk my life for the sake of someone who is uncomfortable with masks and protective gear. I am grateful for this dentistry.

Horrible customer service! Find you another denist don't waste your time. Scheduled my appointment for me and my son on 8/12/20. My appointment was 9/9/20 but unfortunately Laura cancel my appointment with out speaking with me. Who does that?? when you make appointment it's confirm at that time, spoke with the manager and no Resolution! I will find me and my son a new denist!!

Wonderful staff, horrible dentist. Dr. Anene is rude and has no bedside manner. I did not like they way he handled my mom's appointment. I would not recommend him or go back again. *reply to the response to the owner I never stated I had an appointment, I stated that it was my mothers. Nor did I complain about the prices. Dental care is expensive anywhere you go. I said Dr. Anene is rude and unprofessional, that was my experience.

Dr. Anene is not a bad dentist, but his front staff is horrible. You can call during business hours but there is a minimal chance they will answer. If you leave a voice mail, they may call you back or they may listen to it and never call you back, even if it's to make an appointment. When I got desperate to make an appointment due to tooth pain I had to call many times back to back until they finally answered. This has been a trend for the past few years in which he was my dentist. The straw that broke the camels back for me is that they scheduled me for an appointment, told me the wrong day, and now are trying to charge me a fee for their mistake. (She even had the audacity to tell me she "reminded me" about the appointment on the day they made it for me and lied to me about given me a reminder call for the incorrectly scheduled appointment). I went to the office to collect my records and to let Dr. Anene know of the situation, however the office manager, who created the bad situation, would not allow it. In short, if you're open to go to a dentist with a front staff that makes it a nightmare to get an appointment and may charge you extra for their mistakes, this dentist is for you.

I just had my first visit to Dr Anene's office this past Friday,and it was an awesome experience!!! The hygienist I had was incredible as was his entire staff!!! I would recommend this dentist office to anyone!!! Thanks again for everything!!!

I was super picky about finding a dentist when I moved to Charlotte. I had a lot of work done on my teeth over the years and wanted to continue to make sure I was in good hands. Dr. Anene and staff are great, and have continued to be thorough and make sure my teeth are healthy and in good shape.

This is probably the worst dental care office. Not professional at all trying to reach them multiple times over last month but never heard back or got my call picked up. Very frustrating to call again and again. I have DHMO plan and apparently it takes a month to process the request to switch the doctors. Very annoyed with the experience. I wish I can rate them in negative.
