Doctor Christopher Huntington grew up in Phoenix, AZ and came to Tucson, AZ in 1996 toattend the University of Arizona. He earned his Bachelor in Physiology in 2000 and immediatelyearned his Masters Degree to teach high school science in 2001. He taught Biology & Chemistryfor 5 years at Tucson High School.In 2006 he enrolled at Temple University school of dentistry in Philadelphia, where he earned hisDMD in 2010 and returned to Tucson, AZ to practice dentistry. He started the practice back in2012, from previous dentist Dr.Lloyd Smith, DDS. Who was well known as the Gentle Dentist,and just as that trademark name was embedded into this office. Dr.Christopher Huntington hasbeen following that very same motto. He believes in achieving the beautiful smile for each andevery patient with no pain. He also believes in communicating with his patients in making surethey fully understand the treatment that he recommends before continuing on to the next step. Heprides on developing each patients unique case with new ideas and maintaining the treatmentstyle to be fun and relaxed. In return, he receives the trust from his patients.Doctor Huntington enjoys working with people and help overcoming their fears. He is confidentwithin his skill set in cosmetics, implants, extractions, dentures, root canal and restorativedentistry. He is a lifelong learner and continues his education in various study groups andclasses. He takes special pride in providing painless dentistry and also educating his patients toensure the treatment options they choose is correct for the specific individual.

Good dentist but I missed an appointment because I was moving almost 5 years ago. Canceled remaining appointments because I was unsure when I would be able to continue treatment. Tried to come back years later and was informed I had been "dismissed as a patient" and dr Huntington would not be seeing me again. I had been waiting over a month for this appointment and they did not inform me of this until the week before a time period I could have used to be seen elsewhere. Good dentist bad business practice.

Dr. Huntington and his staff are just wonderful. I hadn't been to a dentist in years and knew I required a lot of maintenance, and I was dreading it. But Dr. Huntington, his dental assistants (especially Lenny), and the ladies at the front desk made every part of the process as painless as possible. Everyone's so kind and laid back, and if every dentist operated this way, I wouldn't have neglected care for so long. This is a dental practice that truly cares about its patients. Thank you guys for all of your help!

I have seen Dr Huntington few times now. He's an amazing doctor and the staff is equally amazing too. I needed some tooth work done and for whatever reason that tooth was super sensitive. Many anesthesia injections later, it worked. Dr. Huntington demonstrated equanimity i have not seen in a while throughout the process. Every time he would start the process very gently. His dental assistant was equally amazing as well and a great artisan. It took a while to get the fitting right but again very calm and patient. I really like the staff here they are super professional! Great team!

Summer and (I think it's Giovanna, sorry Gwurl) at the front?office has great customer service, Tina is great at making you feel comfortable and Chris let's you know what you need when it comes to dental care. I appreciate all of that.

I took my daughter and he said she had 8 cavities and should have her molars smoothed out. He didn't show me the exrsys where these 8 cavuties were. Fortunately for me I knew it couldn't be true and took her to another dentist. They found 0 cavities and actually discourage to do what he recommended. I think its sad that he is willing to put someone through that much pain and ruine someone's teeth for life just to get money.

Dr Huntington's office is absolutely wonderful their staff is so friendly professional and always there to help you out Dr Huntington is gentle kind and understands sometimes the fear patients have and works really well with them I want to thank their staff Adriana Lenny Tina Kaye Clarissa and Summer and of course Dr Huntington for an amazing job they're doing They make me so relaxed and relieved even though when I arrive I'm anxious and excited about the procedures I highly recommend this office They do amazing work thank you guys for all you do for us You guys are wonderful

Amazing team, Dr. Huntington is kind and caring and takes the time to clearly explain things. I normally dread dentists but I was honestly blown away and I will never go to another dentist unless I move away from Tucson. I highly, highly recommend him! You won't regret it.

My coworker recommended Dr. Huntington's office to me about a year ago, and I have had two appointments--both very positive experiences--since then. All of the staff members are extremely professional as well as friendly. Before I even went in, the office staff took my insurance information and let me know what was covered. In a time of Covid, the office was very clean, and staff were taking all appropriate safety measures as usual. They were prompt and efficient. During my appointment, the hygienist was very experienced and made me feel at ease. She was thorough and really made me feel she wasn't just cleaning teeth, but interested in understanding the big picture. Previously, I had been to a dentist that had recommended thousands of dollars of dental work. Dr. Huntington explained his perspective to me, recommending a more conservative approach of prevention and monitoring. This was very reassuring to me, not just because I didn't need the work, but because I didn't feel "scare tactics" were used to convince me to do work that wasn't necessary at the moment. I will be continuing to return to Dr. Huntington's office for dental work, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to responsibly take care of their teeth and wants a trustworthy dental team to provide advice and services.

Highly highly recommend. My husband was told he needed a root canal for upwards of $3500 by another dentist and came to Dr Huntington for a second opinion. I AM SO GLAD WE DID! He was incredibly kind, gentle, and an expert at his work. We were able to find a much better price and treatment for the tooth. This was a year ago, and my husbands tooth is completely fine and there have been no further problems. I recommend him very highly and think he gives excellent treatment at a very good price.
