I went to Dr Wally Huff for years. He was so awesome made me feel like family. Then I went to his son Christopher Huff. He comes across as friendly but his office does not know how to handle business. They waited 2 years to send me a bill after not turning it into insurance. Then they sent me a letter saying they were going to send it to collections because I hadn't paid although I never gotten a bill in the mail until 2 years had passed because I went in for a filling with him. I contacted the office and even went by in person and they told me that they couldn't even tell me what my insurance was at that time. I had told them I was going to pay and even send a payment and they still sent it into collections. Now I'm stuck with a bill over $1,000 when it should have been about $170 worth of work if the front office did their job and filed it on our insurance and actually sent me the bills I would have definitely paid the bill!!! The office fraudulently recorded false statement notices or just never mailed them. Why not pick up the phone and call me if I were delinquent!?!? Due to that offices neglect now I'm going through a battle with the collections company. Do not go to him for anything. Because you will always be paying a lot more for what you get. 0 stars for the poorly managed office!

If I could give zero stars I would. This office is the most poorly run office I have ever experienced. Dr Huff was very pushy for expensive unnecessary services. The business office is very rude and unhelpful. I called about a "past due" bill I received, because it had no information about the services provided for this charge. I was assured that insurance should cover it as I had suspected but I left my information to call back if there was still a problem. One month later I received a notice that this was sent to collections without a word from the office.

Went to Dr. Wally for years and now I'm going to Dr. Chris since Wally retired. Chris is a very professional and excellent dentist, just like his Dad.

Dr. Chris Huff is fantastic! Yes, I am 58 and starting to have old-man tooth issues. I thought I was going to have teeth removed, root canals, Invisalign,....multiple visits. I was out in 90 minutes and DONE! He pulled one with no pain and got things good to go---for GOOD! Great place and family business. Dad Dr. W. Huff is still around and young Dr. C. Huff (about 45) is my dentist. Great place, easy location, ....thanks to all.

I've been going to Huff Dentistry since I was very young. I had an appointment yesterday and have been struggling with severe anxiety. Dr. Huff and staff were incredibly accommodating making sure that I was comfortable and aware of every thing that they were doing. I highly recommend Dr. Huff especially if you struggle with dentist anxiety.
