Great office!!! was clean and the music during the cleaning procedure was welcome also No more alginate impression they are using high technology to take impression no more material in your mouth.

I have been going to this office since I was a kid. Seeing the growth and changes with this office has been a great experience. They recently added several new technologies to improve the customer experience and treatment. Definitely recommend as the doctor and staff are very kind and knowledgeable.

I have been a patient of Dr Mai for seven years. What I like about her practice is I have total confidence that I will get top professional dental work every time. I don't have insurance but she has a membership plan that saves me money in the long run. Dr Mai is careful to explain all aspects of the issue with my teeth and what the solution is. Dr Mai's dental assistant makes you feel very comfortable and can answer all questions professionally.

I have been going to Dr. Mai for over 10 years. She has been nothing but Outstanding. Flor, her assistance is so awesome. Before I hated to go to the Dentist and then a co-worker recommend Dr. Mai - Best recommendation I received. I am very comfortable going now. Dr. Mai and Flor both explain exactly what they are going to do every time. They even take the time to discuss what is going on with myself and family. Which makes me even more comfortable with going there.

I just started going to this Dentist Office last week. I am already very impressed. Every staff member was very friendly and happy to assist me, including help with paperwork and explaining what was going on with my teeth. They found cavities and were quick to schedule a follow up appointment. Aka, I didn't have to wait longer than a week. The office is following great COVID precautions. Masks, temperatures, etc. I highly recommend!

*Deleted original review from last week and reposted today due to my personal information being shared by her office in their response. Resulted in a privacy violation.* Never have I ever seen a dentist who does not complete the entire cleaning in one visit - scaler, cavitron, cleaning - typically in that order. Dr. Mai's office began with the polishing, then she came in and did the scaler. When that was done, she told me I will need to come back for the cavitron, because it is part of a "deep cleaning". Prior to leaving her office, I requested for her to remove some visible tarter that I could still see, since she had only used the scaler thus far. She told me she would need to use a special instrument (cavitron) that would inflict pain, and she was right - it did. The tarter I asked her to revisit was in between 2 bottom front teeth; she stuck the cavitron in between more than just those teeth, at my gums. I expect some discomfort whenever it is being used, but not deliberate blinding pain. In any previous visits with any previous dentists I've ever seen, the cavitron was standard practice. Only Dr. Mai includes it as part of her deep cleaning package, rather than standard practice, so she can collect more money - deep cleanings are more expensive. Photos of my teeth were taken after the polishing and prior to the scaler, I'd imagine to build the case to my insurance company that a deep cleaning is needed. Needless to say, I called my insurance company from her parking lot because I was so upset; who knows what she'll submit on today's claim? I didn't even have x-rays done. I will not be returning to see this dentist.

Took me years to realize this practice is for profit rather than quality of service and patient satisfaction. **07/06/19 Take a close look at this doctor's response. Attacks and blames her clients rather than provide a factual explanation and offer a solution. You don't wanna deal with her unprofessionalism. Trust me, she was our family dentist for 20 years and this is how I was treated. No wonder her ratings in all online reviews are 1 out of 5 stars.
