Dr. Rudman was born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1988 and has been making beautiful smiles ever since. She moved to Florida in 1990 and bought her first dental practice. She has owned and operated her own practice for over 20 years. Her endearing smile, easy going personality and non-threatening approach have captured the attention and respect of numerous specialists as well as patients. As a result she has become one of the most trusted and well respected dentists in Pinellas County. Utilizing the most advanced technologies in the field today such as digital x-rays and an intraoral camera, Dr. Rudman is able to accurately diagnosis and thoroughly explains each patients individual treatment options using biocompatible materials.
Dr. Rudman has treated patients from all socio-economic backgrounds. She continues to volunteer one day a week treating medically and financially compromised patients. She is also involved with a local community organization to help troubled women by giving them a fresh start in society by taking care of their dental needs. Her generosity has recently been recognized by Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine of Belgrade, Serbia, for years of donating dental equipment and supplies to Lifeline Humanitarian Organization. Dr. Rudman also supports numerous charities such as the American Cancer Society, Multiple Sclerosis Society, ALS and the American Lung Society by riding up to 100 miles for each cause annually.
Dr. Rudman enjoys spending her free time biking, walking the beach, scuba diving and photographing nature while traveling. In fact you will see various photographs she has taken throughout the office. She also loves to watch sports of all kinds but especially the Tampa Bay Lightening!
I have been in the dental field for 4 years, and have been employed With Dr. Rudman since 2014. I attended hygiene school at St. Petersburg college and attained my associates in science in dental hygiene. I am involved in special smiles through the special Olympics and truly enjoy giving back to the community. I am from Minneapolis Minnesota and moved to Florida in 1999 to attend USF. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and our 2 dogs, a white boxer named Dexter and a lab mix named Data. I love the beach and getting together with friends.
Irwin attained his dental degree in the Philippines with 10 years of experience before immigrating to the US in 1999. In 2001, he met all the requirements of the laws and rules of the state of Florida to practice Dental Hygiene. He has the knowledge and skills in delivering the outstanding quality of dental care every patient deserves. In 2004, Irwin joined Dr. Rudmans dental practice as one of its full-time hygienists. As a provider, he always ensures that he is up to date with any current periodontal treatments available in the practice.
One thing most of his patients remarks about his work is his gentleness and thoroughness, which is one of his greatest qualities as a hygienist. He is very proficient and passionate in providing the quality care to every patient from children to adults. His 25 years of experience in the dental field is a proof of his commitment to serve and to educate.
I am a graduate from SPC's dental hygiene program with an associates of science in dental hygiene. I am from New Jersey but I've lived in Florida most of my life, loving every minute of it. I have been in the dental field for 3 years and I truly enjoy what I do. I've been apart of Dr. Rudman's staff since 2014. Providing quality care is of utmost importance to me and I hope to fulfill that aspect of dentistry to each of my patients. I am constantly staying up to date with the latest of dental education and hope to portray that through my treatment. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and watching movies.
I have been a dental assistant for 27 years and have been employed with Dr. Rudman since 2002. Having grown up in Davenport Iowa, I attended college at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa obtaining my dental assistant certification. I also received an expanded functions certification at St. Petersburg College. Through the Pankey Institute I have completed 2 levels of advanced dental training. I have lived in St. Petersburg for 25 years and am married to a wonderful husband, Mark. I have 2 beautiful boys Nick and Jake, and also have a dog and a cat. My hobbies are photography, going to the beach, walking and sports. I am a huge Tampa Bay Lighting and Rays Fan!
I have been in Dentistry for almost 19 years. First I started out as a Dental Assistant, graduating from West Kentucky Technical College in Paducah, KY. and then moving onto the business side of the office later on. I started working with Dr. Rudman in 2002. I have just recently graduated from SPC with an associate in science degree and will be working towards my bachelors degree. Originally from Iowa, and having lived in multiple states growing up, I finally made my way to Florida in 2001. My husband is a native of Clearwater and I meet him while he was in the Army. We have been married for 15 years and reside in Clearwater. I have a son Brian and a daughter Kate along with 2 dogs and 4 cats. My hobbies are fishing, traveling, spending time with the family, and watching my beloved Tampa Bay Rays.
I was born in Ohio and moved to Florida in 1977. I got my Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and Radiological Health and Safety Certifications at University of Florida in 1991. I feel very fortunate to have found a profession that I love. My house stays very busy with my son, daughter, 3 dogs, a rabbit and a bird. My favorite activities are spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors such as camping, biking, kayaking and shopping! My life has been very blessed.
I am a true Floridian born and raised, and I wouldn't trade my warm sandy beaches for anything. I am fairly new to the dental field as well. With a year and a half under my belt, I have already learned so much, and am grateful for everything my co-workers and Dr. Rudman have taught me along the way. I am looking forward to many more years with the practice.
I am originally from Massachusetts and decided to move to Florida three years ago. My family and I have loved the move to the sunshine state!! I am married and have two beautifuI children who keep me busy. I have been working in the dental field for nine years and have gained so much experience through out the years. I am happy to be a part of Dr. Rudman amazing team and enjoy working with our patients. Growing up with cold and snowy winters, what I most enjoy and love is spending time at the beach with my family!!

My entire family has gone to her for years. She does a decent job, but I've always had nagging concerns because the work she does seems low quality. All my (adult) kids report the same concerns I have: fillings and dental work that needs to be reworked. Cavities are filled but need to be refilled. After having a cavity worked on twice, and still give me problems, I think it's time to give someone else a try.

I recently found Dr Rudman through my daughter. I have never had such an amazing dentist in all of my life. She made me feel comfortable from the moment that I met her her staff is wonderful, every single one of them treated me with kindness and care. She has helped me with all my dental issues and I highly recommend her!

She does not know how to make a plate. Don'T waste your money. Had my upper teeth pulled. The one they made that was put in as soon as your teeth are pulled NEVER FIT. Fell right down. They patched the thing. It actually flew out of my mouth on to the pavement While talking. After that ,they were to make a new plate. Sent it out 4 times. Still would not fit. She said I can do no more for you. Go Elsewhere. She kept my money, and said the misfit that was made when my teeth were pulled was what I paid for. What A Ripoff.

Doctor Rudman totally let us down. She advised my wife that she needed implants. She was given an estimate to install the posts by Mosaic Dental. When that was completed Doctor Rudman then told her that she would need to have crowns built on posts and that would be another $3000 on top of $2500 already spent. At no time did Doctor Rudmanor or her office inform my wife of the additional cost for crown build-up. To me, this was very misleading, unprofessional and unethical. We no longer trust her and have since found a more competent and honest dentist. Do not use this dentist because she does not care about her patients. All she cares about is their money.

Been to a number of dentists in the area, where they all wanted to fix problems that didn't exist, charge more for cleanings that were unnecessary. For example - My wife, who'd never had a cavity in her life was told by another dentist she had three (despite having no pain/ symptoms) held off getting them filled. 6 months later came here and had a clean bill of health. Never found this practice wanting for professionalism or honesty. My entire family (with two small kids) have been going for 3 years now.

Best Dentist out there!!! Cleanest office and very friendly staff. I have had crowns done , cleaning's and filling the doctor is very professional as well as her staff always get the job done right and never no complaints I highly recommend this office!!!!

Not even worthy of a one star. She did a horrible job with a few fillings I had, had to go see another dentist to fix her mistakes. Also while she was working on me she was speaking to her dental hygienist about how she doesn't like children and she refers them to specialists because they "can't sit still" I feel bad for the families such as myself that she's taken advantage of!

If you have alot of money to give away this certainly is the dentist for you. She's not a bad dentist years ago. She does an ok job. Problem now is she's gotten just too focused on money and forgot she has patients. If there's an emergency wait in line to get an appointment it'll be a wait. Even for a cleaning. Their answer to that. They're just too busy . Everyone in the office rushes you out the door including the doctor. I got a confirmation call the day before my appointment. Thats good. I pull up in the parking lot and get a call from the office I'm late. I was 3 minutes late walking in the door. I've had grinding problem my teeth are being affected. I went to them for a new guard telling them what I had before. They give me the wrong guard so now I have a tooth problem. More money to them. I don't think so. Run don't walk from the dentist. There are good ones in the area. It's sad to see good doctors fall into the mode of its all about the money.
