Both of our children have been patients here for several years. We're about to come to the end of our orthodontic journey, and we will genuinely miss seeing the Christie, Drane, and Forwood Family on a nearly monthly basis! Not only are the doctors and technicians informative, caring, and thorough, the office staff are an absolute delight to work with. Our children each had complicated issues that needed to be resolved by the services they received, and I felt informed and that my children were cared for every step of the way. I really appreciate this team for making this experience a pleasant one!

We are just starting our orthodontic journey but I could not be happier with how things are going so far. The entire CDF team is wonderful and so kind. They go out of their way to make sure my nervous child is at ease and aware of everything they are doing for her. I've had a million questions and have never felt rushed in how they have been answered. Each appointment has started on time, if not early, and we leave with a clear understanding of what is to come. Grateful that this is my child's experience! Thank you all!

The Office Manager, Barbara Gibson has a disgusting mouth and should watch what she says in front of customers when she's on the phone. After speaking to her co-workers, this isn't the first time she's been spoken to about this.

Wonderful office staff that is super organized with both scheduling and billing. The doctors and assistants are pleasant and easy to talk and give great information to make navigating getting braces easy and smooth, especially with kids that are a bit anxious with anything new. The results are always beautiful. Their attention to detail is spot on. I would definitely recommend them to my friends, and family!!

Truly THE BEST! Everyone is super friendly, nice, and positive. The doctors are amazing, they have the latest technology, and EVERYONE working there is so knowledgable and thorough. And most importantly, they truly care about every person who walks through the door. Totally 100% recommend!!!

Highly recommend!!!! From the moment you make your first appointment and even after the braces come off you are treated like family. First class office from the front desk to billing to the hygienist to the doctors all top notch. They have always treated my kids like their own.

This practice is amazing! All the staff are incredible. From the exceptional orthodontists, Dottie the finance coordinator and to save the best for last Tracy the scheduling coordinator will keep you straight for the two years or so once your kiddos get started with appts for braces checks! She is so sweet and brings a new definition of sunshine to your day every time you interact with her even on a rainy, cold day. She is flexible and highly skilled at whipping around their schedule on a minute's notice. You will not be disappointed with this practice! They are top notch...TRULY!!!!!

Absolutely love this group! My daughter and I have both been patients here and you will not get better care anywhere else. Their prices are standard for orthodontics but where they really excel is in their commitment to your comfort and care. They will not try to add unnecessary "bells and whistles" that you do not need for your treatment. And most importantly they have many options for payment to fit your financial needs. You will not find kinder people anywhere! You arrive as a patient and leave as family.

From the front of the office staff to all of the doctors it is ALWAYS a pleasant experience for my family. Each visit you are greeted with a smile. They are always so accommodating scheduling appointments and value your time as patient.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Christie, Dr Drane, and their amazing staff. Such a great group of caring people. The took great care of both of my children. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. My schedule can be quite difficult to manage so the option to have the kids walk over to the Wallingford office from the middle school was priceless. My kids teeth look amazing. Absolutely perfect now that their treatment is done. We had a slight mix up with my youngest's retainer color. It was fixed immediately the receptionists were more upset then I was that she was upset on her "debanding" day. My daughter said she would deal with the color mix up and they wouldn't hear of it. They wanted her to be happy above all. Once again the staff took great care of her. It takes a special talent to keep moody teenagers happy. They have a staff filled with that talent. Thank you Dr Drane, Dr Christie and staff.

I don't know where I would be without this group. All 3 of my children have gorgeous smiles thanks to the doctors and staff at Forwood, Christie and Drane Orthodontics. From the start, they made it easy for the kids to feel comfortable in their care. Appointments were convenient and prompt. 2 convenient locations-1 at Strath Haven Middle School. My children could walk on their own during school to get an adjustment and be back in class in just 10-15 minutes. I could always count on the staff to be kind and considerate and to just brighten my day. During the Pandemic, they initiated strict protocols to enhance safety. I felt my children were very safe. A++ for this group!

You can't ask for a better family dentist! I needed a permanent retainer removed, but hadn't been to the office in over 10 years from when I had my braces put in. I was treated like family from the moment I stepped in, and Dr. Christie even pulled my old file dated from 2007 to show me my gnarly old smile. The actual procedure took less than 5 minutes, but I couldn't help but stay and catch up with the doctors. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

I'd like to just take a moment to share with anyone who's interested that I would 100% recommend or go back to personally this dental office. My niece is in from California visiting and had an issue with a bonded retainer breaking during her visit today I called several dentists and orthodontists in the area looking to get an emergency appointment due to the fact it was causing her pain and discomfort this was the only dental office that would even speak with me regarding the matter because my niece is from out of state California her insurance is from out of state and she is not a patient of theirs. Within 15 minutes of me leaving them a message I have received a phone call back and then an immediate appointment and when I say immediate I mean immediate we literally walked over to their office upon getting off the phone. now take in mind this is a Friday afternoon memorial day weekend for a non-patient of theirs. Upon arriving at the office which is really beautiful and full of friendly and knowledgeable staff we were immediately taken back and explain to by the orthodontist what was going on and assured that she would do everything in her power to make my niece more comfortable. These people went totally above and beyond! the orthodontist actually contacted my nieces dentist in California via phone and then proceeded to remove the entire retainer. we were at the office for well over an hour I was informed by the orthodontist what was going on the whole time they couldn't have been friendlier more accommodating just nice people who really helped a 13 year-old girl out of an uncomfortable painful issue that if they hadn't the only other resolution would've been to send her back to California well short of her intended stay obviously ruining our time together and causing a whole other myriad of problems. I just really can't say enough about everyone at that office and while I was there I heard a phone call come in from another patient who I guess the wire on her braces was poking her and they made room for her immediately in their schedule today Friday memorial day weekend at 1 o'clock in the afternoon I doubt that I can get that level of service from my personal dentist or my personal doctor whom I have a relationship with let alone this random orthodontist office in Media that I called out of desperation I just really can't say enough about everything that they did and how great they all were. And to top it off when we went to check out they refused payment my niece was back there for over an hour had two dentists looking at her and they didn't charge me in the end I am completely blown away grateful and appreciative if you need a dentist or an orthodontist and live anywhere near media Pennsylvania your search is over These people epitomize everything good And decent I am blown away! This practice is absolutely amazing!! Everyone there is the greatest!! From the doctors to the office staff!! My son was scared to get braces and now that he has been to this office he loves it!! Dr. Christy is the best!! She treats my son like one of her own!! I would recommend this office for anyone who is getting braces!! There is nobody better!!!

We highly recommend Christie, Drane and Forwood. They are a fabulous family orthodontist practice. They did a phenomenal job with our two sons' complex dental issues. Every member of the staff is friendly, professional, and kind.
