I truly enjoyed River Breeze Dental Care today 10/25/23. It was bitter sweet to see all the old faces have gone however the new faces were sweet and kind. There customer service was awesome, easy, and friendly! The dental hygienist Monique was top the line friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough! You would have thought Monique and I knew each other forever because she was real and forthcoming about the things I needed. I truly love this dental office! It's been 15 years at the same place. Yes, we meet new people but the service never depreciate they only further elevate!

Had a wonderful visit today to get a check up and cleaning! I loved my hygienist and the dentist I saw was very informative and thorough. Overall a great place to be a dental patient! Looking forward to my next visit!

I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and those in the front office. Everyone was friendly and I feel like I was very well cared for. Check out was was thoroughly a pleasure as all my questions were answered very knowledgeably. I am impressed with this office's service.

Dr. Morris is an excellent Dentist who cares about his patients. The staff at this office is very pleasant, helpful, reliable and kind. I would recommend if you want a good dentist and a staff that cares, please go to them, you will be happy you did.

As a new patient to this practice I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail of the staff. I was attended to by assistant Elsa and Dr Pittman, who clearly know their craft as they worked to replace a filling. The process was painless and I was advised in advance of each step. They both took the time to initially chat and learn about my dental history before getting down to business, working swiftly but cautiously to ensure the filling was completed to a high standard. Kudos to Elsa and Dr Pittman for restoring my tooth and getting me munching pain free again.

Everyone is so caring and helpful.. Also, the treatment plan included only necessary work and none of the extra's like other dentists want to charge! .

Will cancel your appointment day of if you miss their confirmation email (sent 2 days before appointment) and will not tell you until you get there. According to the receptionist, I was on the schedule that morning, but when I arrived they suddenly did not have enough staff to o my cleaning. Was never contacted by phone or text message, just one email that had a confirmation button. Cannot schedule on Fridays because they have no hygienists on Fridays, even though they are open.

Correction, this review is for the Hibiscus Melbourne location. In short, awful place! If you like to be treated with dignity and keep your root canal, then run! Seriously I've been asking for my dental records for over 5 years. Still nothing, went to the office in person, signed the consent... They root canaled two of my teeth on separate occasions where I didn't have any pain only chipped tooth. For one of my tooth, I didn't even go in for that tooth or request any work on it but Ming took it upon herself to help herself to my tooth, filed it down and prepped for root canal and crown I didn't even ask for. At that point I went with it because my tooth was not salvageable after the file down. Lord have mercy. Like I said, I never had any pain. My roots were healthy. Today a tooth they root canaled (unnecessarily) and placed a crown, it broke off tonight so I am missing a tooth that I didn't have to lose had it remained with the nerves(root) in the tact. I am beyond disappointed and upset.

Very professional, genuinly caring. I had a tooth pulled and was very nervous, but I didnt even realize they'd already pulled it, they did it so well. Then had work done on a partial denture that was impressive work. Best dentist I ever went to.
