Three Things About My Visit: 1. I had to wait more than 30 minutes without an apology or explanation for my appointment. 2. I had a substitute hygienist without notice or explanation. 3. I had a shorter cleaning session because of my late start (their fault) and I had to wait about 10 minutes in the hygienist's room to check out at the front desk. All things considered, this isn't any way to run a business.

Today I went in for a appt at 4 at 4:30 I asked if they got me in. She said yes. She said I need to fill out paperwork. Im not in the system. Hygienist told me I have to arrive on time honey. I did honey. Found out she was working on my teeth. I told them cancel my appt .I will find another dentist. Not professional at all!

They spend time explaining everything and doing the job!!! They treat you like family!!! It's not like most places they rush you in and out!!!

I am a LONG TIME patient of Christie Dental, chose the Southwest office when my local office in Dunnellon closed. When I go every six months, the staff is always very nice. I see Tami Oaks for cleanings twice a year, she is highly experienced and very kind. She impresses me on remembering things that we've discussed over the years at my visits. Her cleanings are very thorough and I am very happy that when other people come and go at a practice, she has remained a constant. She makes me feel more of a friend than a patient. Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Vic this last visit. He was very nice. It's always good to NOT know the dentist very well. ;) though, right? If I needed something done, I would trust him to do it. My previous experience with this practice has been that all the dentists I've seen over the years have been very good.

The staff and Dr Vic. Where amazing!!!! They made me feel so comfortable and relax. The office was super clean and welcoming. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to them.

Our appointment was originally scheduled for 9/19/22 and Christie Dental called our home to reschedule my husband and I for today 9/9/22. Our appointment time was 8:30 am and 9:30 am. I elected to go in at 8:30 am they took x- rays and left me in the room until 9:34 am without anyone telling me how long I would be. I finally got up to use the restroom and my husband was still in the waiting room. It was 9:36 am and two women, who happen 9:00 am appointments where being seen why I was still waiting. We both left and felt if they did not have the manpower to help us they should of never rescheduled our appointment. You better not charge my insurance for the x-rays and someone from headquarters should call and apologize for the inconvenience. Anyone looking for a dentist I would think twice before going to Christie Dental. Poor service all around.

First time visiting was great, I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork. Everyone was very nice and I especially liked T and Dr. Vick.

Ever since you changed ownership the quality of business has gone down. I had an appointment for 4pm today that got pushed back twice. I take off of work 45 minutes early to make sure I get to my appointments a little early. I had to leave today because you wouldn't get to see me in a reasonable amount of time. I will not be rescheduling with this office ever.

This office is amazing. I have put off a procedure for almost 10 years and finally got it done today. The staff and Dr were amazingly patient and understanding with me. If you are holding off getting something fixed because you are scared....wait no more. Go to Christie dental. They will take great care of you! Thank you everyone. You did more for me today than you will ever know!

Absolutely incredible dentist experience. As we all know, going to the dentist is not something the average person looks forward to. Christie Dental put all of those worries to bed! The staff is friendly and comforting, from the ladies at the front desk (who I am so sorry I do not remember their names) to the dental hygienist Cindy who was the sweetest lady I have ever met! She made me feel so comfortable and as if I was catching up with an old friend, as opposed to getting x-rays and my teeth cleaned, to Dr. Williams who was sweet and thorough! I highly recommend this wonderful and warm local dentist!
