The staff is very friendly and kind. Dr. Pilgram is a very good Dentist that truly is interested in your well-being and your dental health. He does not attempt to sell you on unnecessary work and procedures that you don't need. I really appreciate this about him.

Hands down best experience ever!! I suffer from dental anxiety and definitely didn't enjoy going to the dentist. Dr Pilgrim and his staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Definitely recommend going to this office!

Went to Dr Pilgrim 10 years ago and walked in like nothing changed. Still the friendly staff as before and Dr Pilgrim has always been so personable. So glad to be back!

I am livid after hearing how my father who is a senior citizen was treated.... and then giving my mother the run around when she tried to get help for him. I will say this. IF YOU HAVE A PARENT WHO IS A SENIOR CITIZEN AND THEY VISIT THIS MAN. GO WITH THEM OR THEY WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! We did reach out to you privately and directly. Multiple times (hence me using the term "run around"). I thought this issue should be expressed publicly since you do not respond to calls.

I am so excited to have such a perfect smile! Thank you so much Doctor. Your staff did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable! I love the discount plan also. The discount plan paid way better than my insurance plan. I can't stop smiling!!!

**** FIRST TIME AT THIS DENTAL OFFICE, DO NOT RECOMMEND. I received a teeth cleaning approximately three weeks ago and was told that my insurance would cover a teeth cleaning. I asked multiple times to ensure this was the case and every time I was told, yes. Before I went back to have my teeth cleaning I asked the receptionist AGAIN, just to be on the safe side. GRANTED by this point they already made copies of my insurance card, inputting whatever they had to into the computer and yet again I was told that I had nothing to worry about. Unfortunately today I received a TEXT MESSAGE asking if I had any other insurance, unsure of why I called the office and was told that I owe them $202.00 due to my insurance being out of network. The receptionist told me verbatim "I have a hard time believing that not one of us three girls brought up you not being in network" As is I'm a liar and made all of this up. Which makes no sense because they took copies of my insurance card and input information before I went to the back to receive my cleaning. I'm upset due to asking the office multiple times and always being told that my insurance would cover this, that I had no copay and that I receive one free cleaning a year. The staff was unhelpful and all they wanted to do was explain to me how dental insurance works. If you want to "know" how insurance works please contact KIM.

Susan was very professional as always cleaning my teeth and xrays! Dr. Pilgrim examined my teeth and recommended and explained what needed to be done and procedures to correct my teeth! Office mgr Kim turned in my insurance on checkout and let me decide when procedures could be done! I highly recommend this dentist practice!

Great dentist & staff! My family and I have been going to him for years, and he keeps the same staff for long periods of time. It says something to me to see the same people working there, that they are satisfied to work for Dr. Pilgrim, and they are good at what they do, too. He is competent and pleasant, and has surrounded himself with the same.
