Dr. Christensen and Dr. Anderson are dentists with a mission. Their passion stems from an intrinsic goal to help people, treat them just as they would treat a family member, alleviate any pain and help each patient achieve a beautiful and healthy smile.
The team at Christensen Dental are also not afraid to hear that patients dislike dentists. We hear it all the time. It is a common fear. We ensure each patient has a good visit and understands everything that is being done. What happens as a result is the patient has understanding and can contribute to improving their own dental health. They are no longer simply a patient being worked on, they are a member of the team, improving their own health with us.
Dr. Christensen was born in Chicago, Illinois but was raised in Driggs, Idaho and Brigham City, Utah. After high school, he lived abroad in Madrid, Spain for two years and then continued his studies at the University of Utah.
Dr. Christensen earned his bachelor's degree in Medical Biology from The University of Utah in 1997. He soon after packed up his family and attended The University of Iowa where he earned his dental degree in 2000.
Dr. Christensen began his dental career with his father in Brigham City, Utah. He considered the five years working with his father as some of the best dental education he could receive. ln 2005 Dr. Christensen moved his family to Henderson, Nevada, and opened his own dental practice. He relocated his dental practice to its current location in 2013.
While living in Nevada, he continued his education at The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies with a focus on cosmetic dentistry. He also enlisted in the Air Force Reserves as a dental officer in 2007 and continues to serve in that position today.
Dr. Christensen has been a member of the American Dental Association since 2000 and a member of the Nevada Dental Association and Southern Nevada Dental Association since 2005. He also serves as a dental consultant to the Ryan White Foundation through the University Medical Center.
Dr. Anderson was born in San Bernardino, California but was raised in Topeka, Kansas. She relocated to Nevada in 2007 after graduating from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology. ln 2013, she graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine.
Christensen Dental in Henderson, Nevada is a full-service dental office, dedicated to providing high quality, personalized service in a gentle, caring atmosphere. We treat our patients with respect, dignity and compassion, and we listen carefully to their needs with a genuine concern for our patients time.
After attending Dixie College for business, I began my dental career in 1987 and for ten of those years, I trained other dental offices how to use their management software. I love what I do; continually learning and helping patients achieve happy smiles are my reward. Outside the office, I enjoy working out, baking and card making.
I was born and raised in Chicago, IL and started my dental career as a dental assistant in 1986. Moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1996, I attended the College of Southern Nevada (CSN), graduating as the Valedictorian with a Dental Hygiene Degree. In my free time, I like to travel and garden.
I graduated from the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) in 2001 and was born and raised here in Las Vegas. I truly enjoy my dental career, meeting new people and developing friendships with my patients. My focus is on helping every patient to achieve a lifetime of excellent dental health. Outside of the office, I enjoy reading and traveling with my husband and my three beautiful children.
I graduated from American Academy for Medical and Dental Assistants, in 1985 and Ive had extensive implant training at Mish Implant Institute in Pittsburg. My career in the dental field is rewarding, especially when I can help patients overcome their fear of the dentist. I love animals and outdoor activities such as ATV riding, snowmobiling and hiking.
I graduated from Cypress College in California in 1996 with an Associates of Science Degree and earned my Registered Dental Assistance license as well as my Certified Dental Assistant license. It is a wonderful way to help patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. I moved to Henderson, Nevada in 2005 and love traveling, bow hunting and fishing.
I graduated from San Diego Mesa College in 1983 with Associates of Science Degree and earned my Registered Dental Assistance license as well as my Certified Dental Assistant license. After being a Dental Assistant for 25 years, I choose to move to the front office in 2012. I enjoy being a part of the Vegas Valley Mustang car club, working out, attending concerts and shows.

I am sincerely grateful and impressed with this place. After putting off going to get dental work done for far too long, I was recommended Christensen Dental and I am so glad I went. They are so precise and efficient. And also genuinely care about the results for the patients. I had to get a few cavities filled and my front teeth crowns redone. Every visit was as quick and painless as I could possibly imagine. I'm so happy with the look and health of my teeth.

I wish I could go back. The Dentist and hygienist are wonderful but the accounting person was incredibly rude on both incidents I had to deal with her. The first time was because of a problem with them entering the wrong insurance information. This time because of a "no show" fee that I had dated and time stamped in my calendar that I canceled. The accountant told me I had to accept "accountability" for the missed appointment. I do not appreciate being spoken down to or treated like an unruly child.

I've been going here for years and don't think I'll go to any other dental office unless I move. They are trustworthy and kind. Staff, dental hygienists, and Dr. Christensen are amazing. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Christensen Dental for years. Dr. Christensen and Sharon my dental hygienist are amazing! The front office staff is so nice and helpful. Give them a try they won't disappoint you. They are conveniently located off St. Rose Pkwy in a very nice office complex.

Love this Dental office! The staff is very friendly and great customer service. I have quite a bit of work to get done and they helped me out by setting up a plan of action. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now

OUTSTANDING Dental Office My family has been going to Christensen Dental for 6 years now. I have always been super impressed by how professional, thoughtful, and accommodating they have always been - but I have been even more impressed at the way they have handled their COVID19 protocols. It is crystal clear that they care deeply about their patients and their staff. Speaking of which, they have the nicest and most delightful staff! Every one of them, from the lady who makes the appointments, to the lady who handles the insurance, to the lady who takes care of the payments - as well as the dentists, the dental assistants, and the hygienists. Each of them makes you feel like you are their most important patient. It's just an exceptional practice - which makes it a lot more pleasant to not only want to take care of my own family's dental needs, but also to refer others to their practice because I know that they will be treated with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. They are also amazing about running on time - which means a lot to me.

This office is AMAZING! I had gone to another Dentist who told me I needed 2 root canals and crowns totaling $4200+! Scheduled them, showed up, sat in chair and that Dentist sprang on me at the 12th hour that he would send me to specialist for root canals after opening me up. I felt uneasy with this sudden bomb dropped on me and change in treatment plan so I got up and left. A close friend referred me to Christensen Dental and they immediately got me in for a full exam. Come to find out, I only needed FILLINGS in those two teeth to the tune of $400!! Saved money but more importantly saved my mouth from being torn apart!! Dr Anderson, Jill, Diana and the entire staff at Christensen is AMAZING!! I have told ALL my friends about them. I'm grateful I found them.

Very nervous seeing a new dentist. Couldn't stand the larger dental groups. This office is the opposite of that philosophy. Very like family, wonderful demeanor toward patients. No pain at this office when I'm the past it would be excruciating. Highly recommend de. Anderson.

I've never felt good about going to the dentist. Bad teeth, sensitive teeth......years of issues, until my wife got me going to Christensen Dental. This is an office that truly cares about your teeth and your experience with them. It amazes me how family oriented they are. Everytime I go for my teeth cleaning, its a huge welcome from the entire staff. They truly appreciate my business. I highly recommend this office....They are "THE" place to go!!
