Brenda - Financial SecretaryBrenda joined the practice in March of 2013. Brenda comes to us with many years of experience in the dental field and is familiar with the Medina area. She works very hard assisting our patients in maximizing their dental insurance benefits, following up on treatment plans and working to establish financing options to help make dental care affordable. Brenda works at the front desk full time handling all of our patient scheduling and insurance. If you have a question about your dental insurance, Brenda is the one to ask. Brenda is married and has two grown sons.
Carrie- Business ManagerCarrie is responsible for handlingsome of the businessaspects. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Duquesne University and also received a Master's of Education degree from John Carroll University. Carrie taught high school math for many years before taking some time off to raise three beautiful children. Now she is taking on a small business role at the practice. Her responsibilities will entail bookkeeping, marketing and ordering. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being outdoors in warm weather.
Angela - R.D.H.Angela is a member of our Hygienist team and has been with our practice since 2001. She received her Registered Dental Hygiene degree from Cuyahoga Community College and brings a significant amount of experience to our patients. Angela resides in Hinckley with her husband and they have two grown sons.
Lissa - R.D.H.Lissa is also on our Hygienistteam and joined our practice in 2011. She received her Registered Dental Hygienist degree from The Ohio State University and has been practicing dental hygiene for 25 years. Lissa and her husband reside in Medina with their four wonderful children. You will have the opportunity at some point in your dental care to work directly with Lissa. We hope that you find her warm smile and pleasant personality as much fun to be around as we do.
Donna - Chair Side AssistantDonna joined the Dr. Ruggiero team in 2013. She received her training for dental Assisting at Polaris. Her friendly personality and dental knowledge will always keep you feeling at ease. Donna and her husband currently reside in Medina
Rachel- R.D.HRachel graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in 2011 with a registered dental hygiene degree. Previous to working in dental hygiene, Rachel was a dental assistant for fifteen years. She loves being involved in the dental community. While not at the office, Rachel loves the outdoors and spending time with her three daughters and their dog Loki. She is currently a resident of Medina and really loves the community.
Liz- Chair Side AssistantLiz enjoys the outdoors and hanging out with family and friends. She has a crazy dog named Maya who keeps her very busy while she is not busy at work! Working with Dr. Ruggiero and the rest of the staff has been amazing for her and she couldn't picture working anywhere else.

I definitely would NOT recommend Dr. Ruggiero. I had recently moved to Medina and was looking for a new dentist, so I went to him. He ended up filling my tooth with a huge silver filling instead of a white composite one without telling me. Since then I've been to two different dentists who have told me that that filling as well as another one he did were very poor quality. They also told me that the amalgam filling he did looked like it was my oldest filling even though it was my newest one because it had a huge crack through the middle and was not done properly. I just wanted to warn other people so they don't experience the same problems that I am now dealing with because of his poor quality dental work.

Everyone is friendly. Dr. Chris is really good. We have been going here for the last four years. The staff accommodates our appointments at the same times so we don't have to make multiple trips.

First I waited in the parking lot as requested and tried to call numerous times and no one answered. I then went in the office and found another patient also waiting. We then found out that the receptionist was at lunch. Instead of staggering breaks everyone was gone. The other person waited 40mins past their appointment time. I waited 25mins and gave up and left. This was my first and last time going to this practice. Very disappointing.

I have been going to Dr. Ruggiero since September 2015. I really like him. However, every time I am seen by hygienist Adgela, she is not very personable. She's not very gentle with her cleanings and isn't very thorough. During my most recenj cleaning with Angela, I was not offered te topical anesthetic even though it's in my chart that I'm supposed to get it At every cleaning. I also felt like my cleaning was very rushed. On the flip side, the ojher hygienist Kelly is awesome along with the other staff members. She takes her time during cleanings and makes sure you understand how to care for youh teeth between cleanings. She is also very personable and will chat with you about what's going on in your personal life during the appointment. Bottem line: try to schedule your anings with Kelly if at all possible.

I was very comfortable with my old dentist and somewhat concerned I wouldn't have the same great experience with this new office. From the moment I originally called to make my appointment all the way through the end of my first visit I could not have been more pleased with the service I was provided by Dr Ruggiero and his team. They simply could not have been more friendly, professional and punctual. I'd strongly recommend this business!
