An extensivemedical history, dental history, and pre-treatment diagnostic protocol is standard to insure that each of our patients receive the most appropriate and thorough treatment. We also perform thorough follow-up and recall examinations when necessary.
We believe that our office plays an essential and integral part in each of our patient's dental health. We can only accomplish this by being part of a teamled by the general dentists and supported by specialists when called upon. Our office works closely with the referring dentist's team to provide our patients with the best care possible. We appreciate the confidence that your dentist has shown in us by referring you to our office for your endodontic treatment. Upon completion of treatment in our practice, we will send the appropriate reports and records back to your dentist for your continued care.
Dr. Fleming was born and raised in Lilburn, GA and was a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology from the University of Georgia. Pursuing his desire to care for patients in the medical field, Dr. Fleming attended dental school at the Medical College of Georgia.
While in dental school, Dr. Fleming's intrigue in Endodontics grew. After graduation, Dr. Fleming completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Alabama at the Birmingham VA Hospital. The following year, he was accepted into the Endodontic residency program at UAB.
Image PropertiesDr. Fleming is a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Northern District Dental Society. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists and has already completed the written portion of the board certification examination. Only 21% of endodontists complete this rigorous process.
In his free time, Dr. Fleming enjoys fishing, playing golf, watching college football (especially the Georgia Dawgs!) and spending time with his family. He lives in Gainesville with his wife, Magill, and their three sons.
Magill is the Business Administrator for Fleming Endodontics. She grew up in the Atlanta area and attended the University of Georgia where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education. After working in education for 6 years, Magill is thoroughly enjoying being a part of the dental field. She has worked with Dr. Fleming from the practice's inception in 2009 as a Business Administrator and design partner. The two are married and have three wonderful sons: Sawyer, Graham, and West. Magill works diligently with our referring doctors, their staffs, as well as our patients to ensure that all expectations are exceeded by Fleming Endodontics.
Tonya is the Patient Coordinator for Fleming Endodontics. Tonya also works as an additional assistant alongside Dr. Fleming. A Georgia native, Tonya grew up in Clermont and currently lives with her family in Lula, GA. She and her husband are the proud parents of 3 children: two sons and a daughter, all atheltic, accomplished and amazing! Tonya studied Business at North Georgia Technical College, and has enjoyed working in the dental field since 2006. A diligent team member, Tonya is always eager to expand her knowledge and skill base in an effort to meet the needs of our patients. Tonyas professional and kind spirited manner makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
Lizzie is an assistant here at Fleming Endodontics. A Georgia native, Lizzie grew up in Buford. She is an Expanded Duties certified Dental Assistant with training from the Dental Careers Center. Her state of the art training and broad skill set allow Lizzie to provide excellent care to our patients. In addition to her continued growth as a dental assistant, Lizzie is the owner of a successful photography company. In her spare time, Lizzie loves nothing more than to spend time with her husband and two sons. The contagious laughter and warm and competent nature that Lizzie brings to our office allows our patients to feel at ease during their experience with us.
Edith is our bilingual assistant here at Fleming Endodontics. Raised in Gainesville, Edith has a strong connection to the area and its community. With over 5 years of experience in the dental field already under her belt, Edith hopes to continue her dental education pursuing a career in dental hygiene. In her free time, Edith loves hiking and spending time with family and friends. Ediths bilingual abilities in combination with her incredibly sweet and caring nature help her in making all patients, Spanish speaking and otherwise, comfortable and confident in their experience here in our office.
An assistant on our team, Bree is an additional asset to our Fleming Endo family. Not only is she a trained and skilled assistant, but Bree is also currently working toward certification in the specialty of dental hygiene in her courses at UNG. In her spare time, Bree enjoys the time she spends with her family, being outdoors and traveling. Bree's nature is calm and kind and never fails to help our patients to feel relaxed and reassured while being cared for in our office.
Rosie serves as our bilingual Patient Support Specialist here at Fleming Endodontics. Born and raised in Gainesville, Rosie loves our community and is honored to be able to serve her neighbors in her role here our office. When she isn't in the office with us supporting our patients, Rosie is hard at work on her Bachelor's degree at Georgia State University. Rosie addresses each patient's needs with thorough attention to detail, care and concern. Making sure a patient experiences excellence from the moment they are greeted is Rosie's mission as a part of team!

I was referred to Dr. Fleming by a dentist here in Murphy NC when it was determined I needed a root canal. I am From Florida and just recently purchased a home here to spend the summers. After speaking with several Endodontist's office in the area. I felt most comfortable choosing Dr. Fleming. His staff is outstanding! They are very professional, informative, and friendly. They explained to me in detail about the procedure and answered all my questions before I booked the procedure. I needed to have two visits with him to complete the procedure to ensure a great outcome. I am so thankful that he was available to handle my unexpected situation in a timely manner. Dr. Fleming performed flawlessly and his staff was perfect. I was even given a pillow after reclining back. That made all the difference. I don't want another procedure but if I do Dr. Fleming is the way to go.

I had my first root canal here recently and I was very nervous about it. Let me just say that the anticipation was so much worse than the procedure. Never once did I experience any pain during or after the procedure. I was so nervous about waking up the next morning with a head ache and pain, but it has been life as usual. I haven't even taken any pain meds except for the ibuprofen the office gave me as I left. I highly recommend Dr. Flemming and his office to anyone needing this procedure. The office staff is extremely nice and helpful. I promise that this is the easiest dental work you will ever have. I wish I could give more than five stars.

Welcoming, kind, attentive and professional. No one wants a root canal but this was made painless and simple. I felt like I was in very good hands and do highly recommend Dr. Fleming. His staff all know me even after just 2 office visits. Price was reasonable and worth it for No Pain at all now. Don't put it off. Call them.

I was so impressed with Dr, Fleming's office. If you have to have a root canal that is the way to get one. Between the gas, HGTV, and the head phones, I didn't realize I was having a procedure. What a great state of the art facility.

I never really do reviews but I'm doing this one in hopes of helping someone else. Several bad and painful experiences from dentist had made me despise dental work. After a bad toothache, I was referred to Dr Fleming's office for a root canal. This office is beyond amazing. It's very clean, up to date and comfortable from the front desk to the procedure. The procedure was fast and pain free during and after. The lady who called to confirm my appointment knew my anxiety about my visit. She said "It will be the easiest thing you do that day". I laughed in disbelief but later found out, it actually was the easiest part of my day. Thanks Dr Fleming and staff!

Root Canal Experience First of all, i maintain my oral hygeine well so when i had a problem with one crown and found out from my dentist i have to get a root canal i got anxious because the procedure involves injection. Let me walk you through this experience. Office: good ambience, very clean Staff: professional, very nice, and very informative- prior to appointment I was informed of the procedure, options to calm you down if anxious such as ( gas if needed but read further, movies, headphones to cancel noise during procedure etc) and payment without giving me an attitude. Mind you guys I made my inquiries in the morning and they are still very pleasant. Assistant kept me calm and accompanied me before the doctor could see me Dr. Fleming: even though he has had patients back to back, when he got to me after he's done with the patient, he is poised and still composed and still informed me of my tooth. Procedure: PAINLESS! I was nervous over nothing. PAINLESS! Dr. Fleming took his time and really work on the problem area. Along with his assistant they got this procedure done in less than an hour. Both asked me if im ok and then gave me instructions of how to take care of it before my next and final procedure. Overall: i would definitely refer Dr. Fleming and his office. ~RPh

Excellent, professional care by each staff member and Dr. Fleming. I had never had a root canal before and wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Fleming and assistant did an excellent job of making sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend.
