Comprehensive restorative dentistry includes all types of esthetic dentistry including bridges, crowns, veneers, TMJ therapy, implant restorations, partial and complete dentures and root canals. Advanced oral cancer screening technology is also available.
We work closely with other dental specialists as well: orthodontists, periodontists, endodontists and oral surgeons. All treatment options are discussed so we can arrive at the best treatment plan possible.
Born and raised in Dayton, Chris attended Wright State University on a baseball scholarship and attained his his bachelor's degree in Biology, a master's degree in Human Anatomy and went on to complete dental school at Ohio State University. After dental school, Chris continued his education through a general practice residency in Columbia, South Carolina. There Chris learned advanced skills such as placing dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions, intravenous sedation, laser dentistry, as well as variousgeneral and cosmetic procedures.
Chris chose dentistry because it enhances people's overall health and self confidence, allows him to interact with others, and also provides the opportunity to give back to his local community. He also volunteers at the Good Neighbor House in downtown Dayton providing dental care for the underserved.
For the past several years he has been in private practice in North Dayton but he now calls Waynesville his home. Chris, his wife Karly and newborndaughter Claire, love residing in such an honest, hardworking and fun filled community. He decided to purchase Dr. Cronley's practice because he wishes to continue the quality and compassionate care Dr. Cronley and staffhaveprovided to his patients and community.
At home, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, deer and turkey huntingand staying physically active. He also enjoys supporting Waynesville Spartans athletics, where his niece and two nephew's play, as well as the Wright State University Baseball program.
Dr. Cronley grew up in Cincinnati, graduating from St. Xavier High School. His undergraduate studies were completed at Purdue University where he was a member of the prestigious academic honarary Phi Beta Kappa. After receiving his D.D.S. from the Ohio State University in 1976, he completed a one year General Practice Residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Cronley began practicing in Waynesville, Ohio in 1977.

The above quote is one that I am quickly finding to be true, and I feel blessed because I truly LOVE what I do. I look forward to meeting patients that have been a part of the practice for years and gaining their trust, and I am always excited to meet new patients and welcome them into the practice. I, along with the wonderful staff here at Dr. Chris Colemans office, make it a personal goal to ensure that every single patient feels as comfortable as possible, and I work hard to show them that I truly have their best interest at heart.
I am originally from Loveland, Ohio, but spent 8 years in Columbus at The Ohio State University. I received my B.S. in Human Development and Family Science with a focus on Early Childhood Education, and then went on to the College of Dentistry to receive my D.D.S. My education in dentistry has provided me with a strong foundation of knowledge and experience, and with a commitment to continuing education, I look forward to expanding that knowledge over the years to come.
As for life outside of dentistry, my husband Ryan and I have a darling daughter and a longhaired dachshund that keep us very busy. I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, hiking, calligraphy, and golfing.

My dentist retired so I had to find another. After extensive research I found Dr. Christopher Coleman in Waynesville, Ohio. I had X-rays done there to check the office out. Dr. Coleman and all his staff is very professional & pleasant. The offices are very clean and modern. I had work done today and I am very pleased with the results. Myself and my wife have found our new dentist.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Coleman's office. Took my newborn there to be accessed for lip, tongue, and buccal ties after my LC was stumped as to the way my baby compensated while taking a bottle and latching. Dr Coleman was very upfront and honest regarding her unique situation- was unsure if releasing her was going to help her latch/suck. After some body works, we went back and had all 4 of her ties revised. Lactation consultant Anita was beyond amazing in providing information, and comfort during the whole process. She sent a video of the exercises I needed to do with my baby post revision- which was so incredibly helpful. I went from exclusively pumping for my baby to now being able to nurse her. I am so incredibly grateful and thankful for Dr Coleman and his team.

I brought my 1.5 year old son here for his tongue tie release this morning. He had a very severe case, Anita and Chris both did a beautiful job explaining the procedure and using their professional/comforting knowledge and expertise. The staff was so friendly, I was given all information prior to the procedure so it was a cake walk and I was charged exactly what they said I would be charged! The office is probably the cleanest dentist office in the entire world, so we instantly felt comfortable and at home. We drove an hour for the procedure and I wouldn't waste my time anywhere else! I am more than pleased with this practice. If I could give 100 stars I would! Thank you staff, well done! We are now home, hours after the procedure, with very very very little pain and a happy 1.5 year old.

Arrived at my appointment at a Very clean waiting room. The hygienist welcomed me to the dental chair. We have a very casual pleasant conversation and she made me feel very relaxed. The cleaning was comfortable(if you can use that word for a cleaning). The light conversation eased my tension. Dr. Coleman came in & checked my teeth and gave an OK. We too had a pleasant conversation. I never thought I would say I had a great time at the dentist but in this office I did. Thanks Dr. Coleman.

Not only did they help my daughter that is now 2, but they did wonders on my twin boys! I came to the Colemans when my twins was 5 months of age for ties! They both were struggling with gassiness, spitting up and few other issues that had them both scheduled with specialists. I want to say hands down they did miracles on my precious boys! They both had all 3 ties and Dr. Coleman released them and now we was able to cancel all up coming specialists appointments. Anita Coleman is a wonderful person and explained stuff in so much detail! I love the outcome and it brings tears to my eyes on how much my twins life have changed. I highly recommend this office and these wonderful people. Thank you both so very much!

We came to Dr. Coleman and Anita Coleman to have our newborn evaluated for tongue tie because he was having issues latching, which was creating a severely painful experience for both mama and baby. Anita really took her time in explaining everything about the procedure, and Dr. Coleman performed the surgery in under one minute (which I was grateful for since I was anxious about my newborn having the procedure). They used a laser to cut the releases, which resulted in no bleeding whatsoever. As soon as the surgery was over they allowed me to pick my son up and begin nursing right away. I was immediately shocked because there was absolutely no pain whatsoever and my son was latching properly. Anita then sat with us and helped both mama and baby adjust to everything. She is such a kind and sweet lady--it's obvious she truly cares about each patient she sees. I was devastated when I found out my son needed this procedure; however, I am so grateful to have found Anita and Dr. Coleman. I will always recommend their services to all my friends and family from here on out.

As brand new parents my husband and I were extremely nervous, on top of receiving conflicting news that our baby may or may not have a tongue tie. I received this information after consulting a lactation nurse due to trouble feeding. I am so grateful she gave me Dr. Coleman's number. I went for a second opinion to his office and was so fortunate I did! Dr. Coleman diagnosed her with a tongue tie and was able to quickly fix the problem that day. He took time to explain to us how this will improve her feedings and decrease the pain I was experiencing with feeds. After the laser procedure to fix her tongue tie Anita, RN, stayed with us to make sure I was able to breast feed properly and I was comfortable. This was a huge improvement! I can't say enough how amazing Dr. Coleman and his team were and how caring their entire office was to our family! Highly recommend for tongue tie release! Our daughter struggled to nurse and bottle feed from the moment she was born. It wasn't until she was three weeks old, that I went back to the hospital to see my original lactation consultant. There, she referred me to Dr. Coleman to confirm my daughters ties. That referral was literally life changing! Dr. Coleman had steady hands and did an amazing job. The lactation consultant on hand, Anita, is a very caring woman who really helped put me at ease. Just a wonderful experience all around. Thank you, Dr. Coleman!

I would 100% recommend Dr. Coleman. He did a fantastic job with the release of my son's tongue and lip tie as well as his buccals. He was very professional and explained exactly what he was going to do. He was quick and efficient which put this Mama's mind at ease. Also, a huge thanks to Anita who answered questions and helped out with the breastfeeding side of it as well as the exercises that needed to be done. She even sent a message to check up on us after the procedure!

My son had his lip tie and both posterior and anterior tongue ties released by Dr. Coleman when he was just 3 weeks old. He did a fantastic job and his entire staff was so wonderful in helping us feel comfortable with what to expect and how to manage aftercare. We owe our continued ability to breastfeed to Dr. Coleman's surgical expertise! Highly recommended.
