Went today for an appointment here in Gt. Barrington before they move to Pittsfield. I was very happy people really nice not a long wait. Hygienist was wonderful. My first visit with Dr. Young she was so pleasant and it had been almost 2-3 yrs since COVID since I've been . She was great I will be following her to Pittsfield.

tried to schedule an appointment twice, they both got cancelled and then instead of asking when i'm free they just kept telling me dates. I've also called two days in a row and no answer at ALL.

Nightmare. First of all, the office is hidden with no visible signage from the street which already is enough to tell you it's not a legitimate business. Second, their intake asks for your income, wages, etc. Why does a dentist need this? Third, the mess of a "dentist" I saw couldn't even find a very obvious broken tooth as she was staring right at it. If you're looking for an office to collect your personal data unrelated to your care and to inadequately deal with your dental issues, look no further than this criminal enterprise. A+ in being the worst of the worst.

I had a regular check up in January. A few weeks later I began to experience great discomfort in one tooth. I made another appointment (with Dr. Bermudes) and was assured that everything was fine, no cavities, and my pain was due to gum recession. I then saw a periodontist who said my gums were not my problem, but I had a massive cavity in a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted ASAP! How could a dentist who saw me two times within a month, and a hygienist who thoroughly cleaned my teeth, both assure me that everything was fine? I will never go back to this office. I trust nothing they say or do; the potential harm they caused me and the egregious lack of competence is stunning. Stay away.

Finally a good dentist at this office! it was very hard to get a appt and or call back.. but when you do get in I find the Dentist to be very genuine and care about your oral health. Dr. Lina Elkashef was very gentle, thorough and knowledgeable and shared several useful hygiene tips. She obviously enjoys her job very much and treats her patients with much care.

I had to go here after a bad day on campus because I had busted my tooth. I saw Dr. Lina and her assistant whose name I forgot to ask for. Both of them were incredibly kind and professional, making sure to go over treatment plans and ensuring that I would leave with a temporary fix until we could have a permanent one. The receptionist, Betsy, was also amazing. She made sure I got in as soon as possible (literally three hours after i broke the tooth, insane) and went over the cost for treatment with me after the appointment and broke down what insurance would pay for and what I would pay for, including when and how i'd receive and pay those charges. i fully intend to go back and finish treatment at this establishment, because one rarely doesn't hate a dentist office, and this one I truly enjoyed.

Was having tooth and jaw pain. This was my first time to this office and it was a great experience. I usually get a little anxious going to the dentist. The dental assistant, Paula, was so sweet and caring; she made me feel extremely comfortable. When I met Dr. Lina El-Kashef, I was so happy, because she, too, was so kind and gentle. Dr. El-Kashef was incredibly knowledgeable and informative and gave me plenty of suggestions to help with my jaw pain. I have set up another appointment for a couple of small fillings and a cleaning. So happy to have this new dentist office to go to.

Editing my review. Around 2 years ago I switched to CHP due to dental insurance providers. I had a cavity before I switched. I went to have the cavity filled then after the filling was done the dentist told me I have to get a root canal the cavity was to deep. I was having issues with the filling before I had to root canal procedure done. The dentist grinded the filling down because my mouth wasn't closing properly. They charged me for grinding the filling down even tho it should've been done when they filled the cavity. After they sent me to a specialist to have the root canal done I went back to CHP yo have the crown procedure started. The dentist then told me I had a crack in my tooth and that I needed to go to another specilist to have a implant done instead. That I was going to have to pay out of pocket $3000. After the non sense woth 2 different dentist at this place I went back to my dentist Ive been going to for the last 20+ years. Guess what there was no crack in my tooth and root canal procedure was done. This place gets paid off of referrals. While I was in the office I heard other patients get referred to different specialist. DO NOT GO HERE, they will attempt to get the most of your money. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I am pleased with the staff, assistants, and dentist. My Mother has been treated as royalty; respect, kindness, and excellent knowledge and expertise for her dental needs. It has been a great team to meet our needs. Thank you.
