First time visiting Chow & Ysaac in San Carlos and had a good experience. Followed all Covid precautions that I would expect. Very little wait time. In terms of the actual cleaning, Dr. Janela Chow did something I've never seen any other dentist do. She took digital photos of my teeth up close and at all angles. Way better than trying to make it out in a 2-way mirror.

Dr. Jenela Chow is really professional and patient with all my questions. =) Our family have switched from another dentist to Dr. Chow's dental office (in San Carlos) and we have discovered many issues that our previous dentist did not address. Our family is really grateful to have Jenela and Jack Chow as our family dentist. They explain the treatment in detail to let us understand the process (by showing us the photos and x-rays) and they are always willing to go for the extra miles to make sure things are cared for. Thank you so much Dr. Jenela! Thank you so much Dr. Jack for taking care of my parent's teeth!!!

A family dentist that truly cares and treat you as their family... Dr. Jack, Dra. Maria, Dra. Matt and Dra. Janella, they are really the best! I highly recommend! Me and my family trust them with our all beautiful "pearly white teeth" smile... Only Them can take care of our teeth perfectly!!!

Great service! They're a small group, but they're very friendly & professional. They make sure you're booked for your next appointment after you're done with your current one, so you never forget to get your cleanings twice a year. I also appreciate how they don't try to get you to do extra things you don't need and are very upfront & clear about the services you do need. I've been going to them for the past 2 years. I've also recommended a friend that also goes here now. Try them out if you're looking for a new dentist. My review is for the SF practice with Jenela Chow.

Just like the name of the dentistry, Dr. Chow treats me as like family. Now I follow up with Dr. Mathew Chow mostly, but all three dentists have great knowledge of how to keep my teeth healthy and clean. Dr. Jack removed my wisdom tooth, and Dr. Ysaac was my orthodontist, as she kept my teeth straight with promising results. No regrets to improve my teeth and especially my smile in front of everybody. Quality service, a lot of helpful and information, approachable dentists, highly recommended. Thank you!

I've never felt comfortable going to the dentist but Jenela was fantastic. She was vocal about what she was doing, and explained the WHY behind everything she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment, and seemed genuine about getting to know me! I've already told multiple friends about her and highly recommended her if they didn't have a dentist in the area already!! Thank you for making something that's usually an anxious process for me into an easy and informative one! :)

Finally found a dental clinic with superb staffs. Dr. Chow is very knowledgeable and friendly. Often times I dread having dental work done, however, I am not stressed at all knowing I am in more than capable hands. Highly recommend.
