Literally writing this review as I walk home from my filling appointment. My dental cleaning last week took 30-ish minutes, and I was in and out the door in under 1 hour for my 4 fillings today. Dr. Giselle (I think that was her name? Not sure on spelling) is a GOD -- friendly, compassionate, informative, very competent, and extremely efficient but not at the cost of the patient's comfort and safety. I love that they take photos of your teeth and walk you through them on the spot!

I have been a patient of Dr. Chow and Dr. Ysaac for decades now - since I was in middle school. Now my kids who are in middle school are a patient of theirs. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I live 40 miles away from both of their offices but it is worth the drive. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Each visit feels like an episode of Cheers (in the 80's) where I am Norm. They do good work, trustworthy, professional and pure and simple - good people. They won't bust your chops but they will help you keep them.

I have been going to Dr. Chow and Dr. Ysaac literally my entire life and have always had wonderful experiences with them. I am so pleased and excited that their children, Dr. Mathew and Dr. Jenela, have followed their parents' footsteps and are now practicing as well. The entire family provides great quality care and I could not recommend them enough for your dental and orthodontic needs.

I've come to this practice multiple times now for different procedures. I recently had my wisdom teeth pulled out and Dr. Mathew did an amazing job. He was able to pull out all 3 of them in about an hour or so with minimal pain. I didn't event notice when he pulled the first one out. The rest of the staff here are also very friendly.

Thanks for everything. Truly the best dentists in the world. I come all the way from New York just to see them. They are fun amazing people and every appointment seems like hanging out with friends. Never thought I would look forward to dental appointments but I always do now. I even fall asleep because it can be so relaxing!

Dr. Mat Chow did a great job! I loved his laidback personality and clear instructions. He helped make me feel at ease with his professionalism and knowledge with the procedures. I like having my options laid out for me so it was nice to hear my choices especially before procedure. I highly recommend to anyone looking for dental work from a friendly pro who looks after his patients with care!

Our family has been seeing Dr. Chow and Dr. Ysaac for 20+ years. They truly feel like family. Two of their children, Dr. Mathew and Dr. Jenela, have recently joined the practice and bring such an immense background of knowledge and experience. They make the experience of going to the dentist effortless and enjoyable!

Dr. Mat Chow was very professional and explained the necessities of good dental hygiene, including flossing. I haven't been very good at flossing, but he showed me images of the areas where my cavities developed and explain in lay terms how dental hygiene activities such as flossing can prevent them. He also showed me my teeth and explained how to prevent dental/gum disease in the future, something that all my prior dentists did not do. Fully recommend!

A BIG thanks to YSAAC AND CHOW family for taking care of my teeth.They are very friendly and most of all they give me a lot of information regarding the procedure and they helps me how to take care of my own teeth.This is highly recommended for those patient who has a problem with their own teeth.I am absolutely satisfied everytime i visit them.Very Good Job!

So happy with my dentist! Extremely friendly and comforting, which is good because I am normally scared of the dentist. They also took the time to explain everything clearly, so much different from other dentists who speak really fast and try to get you out of the chair as fast as possible. They have an office in San Carlos and San Francisco Union Square, both of which are excellent service! The best dentists in the Bay Area by FAR
